Great place to workout. Friendly staff, I just wish they would mop the laminate floors in the VIP room and replace the burned out bulbs in the total body enhancement machines. The tanning rooms AC units are set to 77° which means it's always really warm in the rooms. The lay down tanning beds will physically burn you (not sunburn) if you go for the full time, the ventilation is not good on the machines. The standup tanning beds exhaust fans overheat and are not level.

The property is a bit isolated and aged for nighttime hours. There great varying degrees of staff knowledge about their product offerings, Halman was particularly puzzling in his on again, off again management style, even I wasn’t sure if I needed to empty the waste basket. There is plenty of equipment and the equipment is functioning and working well though a bit aged, the air was stagnant and moist on a couple trips when the gym was busy. Maybe good for a quick daytime workout, but I suggest be quick and efficient.

I really like this gym to begin with but, I have to tell you something else impressive. There’s a woman who does the painting maintenance, I’ll call her Erin the painter. She does phenomenal work. I’ve done a lot of painting in my life and she’s really good. Normally when you see somebody paint the walls, you’d expect to see speckles of pain everywhere. Not a single drop anywhere. In addition, she has very good “planet fitness“ Customer service contact. She only complements the place and she takes her work very seriously. It’s refreshing to see somebody who takes pride in their work.

Great place to workout. Haven't had any problems and I've been going here on weekends for almost 5 years. The staff normally say to have a good day when I leave, which is nice. They have the black card benefits with tanning and everything else. Happy to go back :)

I have been going for about 4-5 months. The shower curtains have had mold on them, they do not repair the equipment if asked to, and they locker rooms are never cleaned inside the locker. They have food crumbs and dirt in them which gets over all your stuff.

I am rating this particular location 2 stars simply because of the staff. When I had originally signed up it was for the $10/ month plan. Well a couple of weeks passed and I then decided to upgrade so I can bring a guest and enjoy the included amenities. The day I checked in, I went to the front desk to tell them I wanted to upgrade. That particular gentleman, so okay that's fine. I can do that for you. I asked him would I need to change my key chain, and he was like no it won't be necessary. I should've asked for a new contract of the change at that particular moment, but I didn't think it was too much just to switch to the upgraded plan, plus he said he could do it as if he was already doing it. Went to work out and didn't think nothing more of it. A few weeks past, went to work out one night and the guy named Lawalter, stopped me and said what's your guest's phone number, I said why she's my daughter, I am not giving out her phone number. Then he was like never mind, don't worry about it. I thought it was a little strange he was asking for my daughter's number, but apparently this is something they do for the guests. A profile has to be set up with a phone number. Well the problem was when he asked me I had no problem giving it out but he couldn't tell me why he was asking me. I kind of got a little frustrated and said it with an attitude and a curse word. So the next week, after my work out I asked to get assigned a hydro massage bed. One guy said I assigned you to bed 2. I went to enjoy my massage, and came out and there was the guy that asked me to come over. I was like alright. Then he proceeded to tell me that it showed I never upgraded. I was like yes I did. I came in one night and I told the staff that's what I wanted to do. I also said my card was charged 27.99. He stated that was for the late fee from the basic membership. I said that's just too expensive. Something doesn't seem right about this location. I may just move to another location a little further than the one I was going to. Anyways apparently the communication there really sucks. Bad customer service from that particular person Lawalter.

Extremely clean, quiet, and organized. Only downside is they lack some equipment that I personally wish they had. But for the population they market to, it's a great gym. I would join here over Golds in Smyrna any day!

I love the hours, I love the fact that members are contacted when the facility will be closing, that way we don't have to drive all the way there to see that planet fitness is closed. I love the fact that there are rules and guidelines to follow, such as dropping weights etc. I did not partake in eating pizza first Monday of every month, I'd rather have a protein shake or something like that ,it's just healthier LOL.
