I swear this place must be the KKK headquarters. I signed up for a membership last year and then canceled it cause I moved from Naperville to Aurora. So I go back today to rejoin and the GM Harris rudely tells me "naw". I ask why and he laughs and says because your black! Funny he is brown himself lol

Perfect gym for me, big free weight area, lots of machines, good cardio options (Jacob's ladder, treadmills, stepmills, etc). The friendly staff does a good job promoting a friendly atmosphere. Not an intimidating place if you're out of shape.

I do not recommend you ever go here. Cancellation is a hassle. you have to write a freaking letter just to cancel your personal training. And there is no update on whether or not your membership is cancelled. all it says online is “cancel request received”. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. don’t even waste your money here. go to planet fitness or lifetime fitness, at least they have easier cancellation policies. Xsport is honest to god the worst place I have ever been. Who makes their cancellation process that convoluted.

Haaris Haroon is mean person . He abused me verbally when i tried coming to try out gym. He showed me his Audemars watch and told me i’m poor. I was horrified by the service at this gym. DO NOT ATTEND.

They do care about your growth here. Always see a friendly employee or trainer walking around saying hello and helping out with my form. They have a lap pool, hot tub, and Sauna at a great deal. A big upgrade from my last gym.

I actually go here pretty regularly however there are so many things that can be made better. Staff can be rude but not all of them, the equipment is way too congested, all that cardio equipment is unnecessary! Also a little cleaning goes a long way. The dust bunnies are bigger than me!! The website needs to be more user friendly that avoids having to speak to a pushy manager that won’t take no for an answer (Harry). The culture assumes that trainers are one size fits all! Some have no idea how to train anyone but men or ppl trying to lose weight. Major changes are definitely necessary. The only reason I don’t go anywhere else is because it’s 5 minutes away. Other than that it could be a great place.

Hard Pass on this place. Make sure you are okay with employees that are dismissive and ignore anything you ask for. I got a membership for my sister here and they overcharged her a few times. The morning managers are 0 help.

This gym is honestly one of the most disgusting gyms I have ever been to. Its extremely outdated and filthy, and im not just talking dust because they didnt clean for a day or 2. This is caked on dirt and grime on everything (just go look at their pool/jacuzzi area. Look at the vents with all their caked on dirt. The mens room is where the most concern is, the lockers are broken and cheap, so easy to open. The sauna has cracks in the seating and a hole in the wall. The showers are FILTHY grime on the shower head, slime on the floors around the drains. I gag everytime I have step into one of them. The worst and the reason I am reporting them to the health department is the steam room. The steam room has a very strong odor of mildew/mold and sewer, and that is what youre breathing when you enter. They tried to cover it up with Eucalyptus but only made it worse. The bathrooms are never clean, i put a piece of gum on the floor (on purpose) came back 4 days later and it was still there in the same spot. The staff is the worst, they all stand around talking to each other, when you walk in depending on who is there will turn around say hello and turn around to continue talking. I have never seen staff there do anything but standing around talking to each other. Gut this place, tear it down, and rebuild. Canceling my membership right now...FACTS

Premises is good though but management is worst. They talk with attitude. Charges for canceling membership. No proper account updates. Make sure they have correct details of yours while signing up.I took full membership but never get a chance for pool or sauna always busy..! Hope they look at my reviews..!
