No hairdryers, no locks for lockers, broken equipment, no trash cans, and the facility is horribly dirty. I think public health should visit.

Just sign up for Xsport. I wasn’t planning on working with a trainer but I decided to do a couple sessions with Marquita. She is very motivating and helpful Since I’m not able to lift like I did in the past due to a surgery . I actually enjoy the workout she comes up with in look forward to our session. It’s only been a couple weeks but I can see and feel the improvements.

Kids club is not clean, limited hours. The employers are nice only when you tell them that you are interested to sign up, otherwise not rude but careless. Not happy that you have to pay $10 to close your account with them. I mean, not only that you have to take your time and come in person to cancel your membership, but they charge you for what? to process? to process what? clicking a button to stop the membership? that's just ridiculous. For a mom with a baby for not having the option to call and cancell is very inconvenient. And of course when you sign up, they don't tell you that you will be charged $10, they only tell you that you can cancell any time, and the process is just so easy.

I am really impressed with the price of membership and amenities at this club. Jasmine, who works in the kids club, was so sweet with our kiddo and very engaged with all the tots, I felt like our son had a good time there. When I come in, I always see staff cleaning, dusting, taking out trash and wiping down equipment. I’ve gotten many happy greetings when I come in. Plus, the small “shop” area is always stocked with drinks, snacks, gear and very tidy.

Worst gym you can ever find. Please stay away. This gym has to be closed due to sanitary issues. I cannot explain my frustration. Please do not buy membership here or see the pictures. Taken at 6AM on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

Members since 1999 when it was powerhouse gym. This facility needs drastic upgrades. Not repairing the tvs on the treadmills and stairmasters.... only facility out of 5 I been to that is not taking care of the overall equipment.

Love the community atmosphere and dedication of my trainer Vincent. I came in looking for a partner to push me toward my work out goal and found just that. Special thanks to Luke as well for supporting this journey.

Great facilities with variety of equipments. Vincent L. is a five star trainer. I have been doing about 30 training sessions with Vinny and would recommend him to all my friends

Wanted to try the Naperville club for a month. The employee was trying to get me to sign for 2 years. I just wanted to try it for 1 month. They charged me $49. Two weeks later, I was charged $54 for an annual fee. I complained about this charge for a 1 month membership. No luck. I decided to cancel and was charged $10. Very disappointing. Felt like I was scammed. Not a feel good helpful place for a nicer health club. It was more of a cash grab. Will not recommend to any friends.
