This is the closest Xsport to my house and usually the dirtiest.The staff are usually nice and somewhat accommodating, but on Member Appreciation Day, where there is free food and sometimes other stuff, you can always count on the staff here to put out a small sampling of food and keep the rest for themselves behind the counter, then come out and eat the majority of the free food that is for members...

My sign up process was very spot on, the girl Alene was so helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had, it went better than I thought even though I was nervous to even come in and get started in the gym. I am so excited to start my workout journey here.

I’ve been charged an annual fee, and every month since never stepping foot into this gym, never even had my key made. Got told to sign up for $1 and if I never stepped foot into the gym, I wouldn’t be charged. Here i am, 4 months and over $200 later, with no resolution to this issue. What they’re doing is illegal and legal action will be taken if this isn’t resolved as soon as possible.

Been going here for almost 3 years and there has been little to no improvement to keep up with nearby competition... Cleanliness is mediocre, over packed majority of the time and equipment breaks down more than it should. The only good thing is the price!

Utterly terrible. First, it takes one second to look at all the gunk on the ceiling that the fans circulate all over to people breathing heavily. Doubt management has cleaned it since they've opened. Their spa machines are all broken or half broken, they dont clean or refill the water during the day. They don't have towels, they make you clean off with paper towels. Just a s***show of a place.

It is the most bad gym you can join , the place is not clean , the staff is not friendly.The hidden fees in everything you are doing there , No one told me about the annual fees and they charged me 49$ , no one told me about the cancellation fees , and the enrollment fees if you decided to downgrade your membership.This is a scam, Try to avoid this place.

I cancelled my subscription back to August 2021, I went to gym and filled the cancellation form, and they charged me twice after cancellation. Also, on Jan 6th, I got an email which stated that I owed them $152. After that, I emailed the corporation and the told me that they did not find any info about cancellation. And, when I asked them to cancel it finally, they literally ignored my emails. So, please at any cost, do not go there. PLEASE! PLEASE. When, I read the reviews before going there, and at first, I was not sure about them. Now, I understand them after becoming their victim.

Dnt fall for their marketing tricks. We were promised around 40 personal training session by the facility manager but later he left the facility and then they reduced it to 32. The worst part is now we lost almost 8 sessions which is worth aroumd $300. Totally unacceptable policies and they are here to loot the clients for personal training purposes. A lot of internal politics has caused good trainers to leave as well. Wont recommend at all, BEWARE and if you are promised some number of session please take that in writing.

The 5 starts strictly is for Ryan and only Ryan. A personal trainer there. He is an amazing attitude, trainer, and friend when i got to know him. He’s amazing at fixing your form and letting you know where you’re supposed to feel the workout you’re doing. He makes me want to show up every time. 20/10 would recommend! <3

This gym motivated me to keep working out. I love the sauna, massage rooms, jacuzzi and all the extra things they have to offer. My personal trainer is very helpful and nice. The basketball court and the machines are good too.
