My trainer, Ryan, is what sets this gym apart from others. He cares. When I first started I walked with a cane. He first limited me to kinetic exercises to fix my posture, balance and mobility, which removed the need for a cane to get around. Once these were fixed, I moved into weight training concentrating on form to ensure the exercises were being done right to work out the correct muscles.Ryan also takes the time after the workout to smooth out the soreness with a massage gun and stretching of tight muscle groups.

I’ve been a member here at the Naperville location for over a year! HAD nothing but great things to say about this location, however the new front desk manager Katie that works the morning is a rude, stealing, over charging ppl accounts for things she will key in herself, racist individual! If you have been stopped by her for a balance and didn’t really think nothing of it and payed it…go back and just look at the price that was charged and see how often ijs if it’s been happening to me I’m pretty sure it’s more out there!

This gym is by far one of the best! Trainers are top tier, equipment clean and functioning. The FM is very involved with all clients walking in the door. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Personal training is ELITE. I would highly recommend Sam. He is THE BEST trainer. He will push you to your limits, support you, guide you, and holds you accountable. He is very personable and kind on top of everything else! 10/10 best experience with training I have ever had in my life. Sam has helped change my lifestyle and become the healthiest, best version of myself. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

If you want to be sweating uncontrollably during your warm up, this is the place for you. It feels like you’re constantly in a sauna but in a horrible way, and even got so hot they pulled out fans but only 2 that was supposed to cover the whole upstairs. Feels like they just won’t turn on the A/C to save some cash. Almost all the cable equipment is outdated, and the cables itself are missing hooks and a cable today even snapped and almost injured someone using it. I could go on about the laggy treadmills, and missing dumbbells but I think you get the point. This is my very first review ever so trust me when I say, save your money.

Compared the other gyms in the area that I’ve been to, this one sucks. Sign on fees are ridiculous. Gym is always packed. It’s supposed to be 24 hrs but for months they closed at 11pm. The equipment is broken and the ceiling is dirty. Some staff members are chill and laid back while the mullet dude has managements d*** up his rear. They have strict guest rules. Heed my advice and just go to another gym. Planet fitness nearby is cleaner, and LA fitness also nearby is worth it.

They really don’t care about their customers. I always put a lock on the locker that I used and 2 times it got opened up and they robbed all my money. I told the employees about it and they just shrugged it off as if nothing happened. They also make it very hard for you to cancel your membership. Not a good reputable company if you ask me. At least not the one in Naperville. I expected better coming from a place in Naperville.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. i'm upset at not looking at other reviews sooner. the staff here is SO PUSHY. they don't listen to their customers. they only want money. i came in just to check it out as i'm searching for a new gym. felt forced into getting a membership & now am in excruciating PAIN (not soreness) from them "testing" me when i explicitly stated i did not want to. i should've just up and left but the guying selling to me held my ID. as someone who has been working in the physical therapy world for years, i know my body and i know my limits. extremely disappointed in this business and their employees. had the membership for literally one day and i'm about to cancel it.

The locker rooms are a disaster. Most of the stalls do not have toilet paper, and the paper towel dispenser is always empty too. There are some gentlemen who work at the front who just super rude to other employees and its terrible. Weights are all over the place and the machines are just packed together.

Lately my experience at XSport hasn't been great, especially tonight. It's awesome that you guys are doing temperature checks but that is literally the bare minimum. It's starting to become overcrowded, especially upstairs. It doesn't seem like anyone gets turned away even if the gym is half full. The hand sanitizer bottles are almost all empty and there isn't even any sanitizer in Studio 1.I also highly suggest you guys get your staff to stop standing around yakking and get them to enforce the mask and social distancing policies. It's nearly impossible to get a workout done safely when someone else comes in halfway and starts exercising on the machine right next to you or with dudes walking around with no masks on.Please take these things into account, you have people paying hundreds of dollars to work out here. We all at least deserve a safe environment to exercise in

Walked in a couple days ago to try a workout. Felt like I walked into a car dealership with being hassled to try and buy a membership which happened to be a “one time offer”. Upstairs is packed with people as well as ungodly hot. Pump was a solid 7/10, creatine hit mid workout and had to let one go in the men’s room. Pretty decent other then the car dealer mentality
