If you’re looking for a ‘real’ gym, go here. AMAZING equipment, great music variety if you forget your headphones, clean, overall great atmosphere. Staff is awesome, always there if you have questions or need help. Shouts to the owner! Super accommodating and caring. You can tell he truly loves what he does & wants his members to be happy.

This gym has ruined other gyms for me. I moved from plainville over a year ago. Tried going back to my old gym in Waterbury. Felt like a major downgrade from PSW. Now I commute here. It’s definitely worth the trip.Brendan

Absolutely one of the best gyms I have ever been a member of. I started at PSW when my CrossFit gym closed. I quickly felt right at home with the friendly staff, great workout community environment and equipment. I needed a gym where I had access to modern gym equipment, but at the same time a large turf area where I could continue my CrossFit work outs, in addition I needed platforms to be able to do my Olympic lifting. Well PSW has it all. They also take it upon themselves to promote your IG fit page wether you do it to share your growth, for fun or are a personal trainer because they care about their members. Prior to joining I had to be a member at both a CrossFit gym and a commercial gym to get both and was paying a lot more for it. If you are looking for a great gym you should definitely checked them out, you won’t regret it. Really miss them and am struggling finding a new gym in the state I’m in that matches their vibe.

Awesome gym with all the equipment a gym lover can dream of! This gym has everything available to help push your training to the next level and the staff are just as awesome as the equipment. Owner listens to its members “wishlist” of things they wish the gym had and for the past 2 years I’ve been a member, I’ve seen him make those wishes come true. Really gives you the feeling of love that you wish all gyms made you feel! Highly recommend this place for novice and athletic trainers alike
