I have a black card and thus I visit whichever club is easier depending where I might be and at what time. I have been going to a club near Hartford Connecticut, but grew extremely frustrated with how illogicallly crowded it get during peak hours (right after work). Tons of empty cardio equipment and an handful of weight lifting equipment. So i started searching for clubs near Hartford, but on my way home. The club in New Britain came up which has recently opened and it seems to be a better location in terms o a more logical an varied layout. People come here to workout (not pose in the mirror sitting on the benches talking on the phone). So, to sum it up; I've been going to the New Britain branch for a few months now and I'm beyond happy. From the installation, the subscribers, the employees, etc. Happy with New Britain's Planet Fitness branch.

Planer fitness would be a 5 but only 1 of thier shower stalls works properly. 2 of them are missing shower ends. Should be a 5 minute fix by a plumber and it's been like this for over a month and nothing has been done. Also informed front desk and they submitted a ticket but this should be resolved.
