Overall experiences were good but after this evening I will be cancelling my membership. How do you just tell someone you will be right back and after ten minutes you don’t. Just say my next appointment is here. My first impression at another location was not good so I should have known better. After being a member for not even a month, I’m cancelling tomorrow. If you are looking for 1:1 training this is not the place for you. The new schedule for the trainer is not conducive if you work full time and long hours. Staff is friendly and gym is very clean but some staff lack professionalism, and etiquette.

24hrs was great but just heard they're closing at 11 now. As someone who works all day and doesn't get out until 10pm most days, this is really upsetting.

Tanning beds need attention and ladies bathroom need better cleaning .over all a very comfortable place to exercise the staff are helping and kind

It's a great facility but ever since they changed their hours I don't come here as often as I used to. Go back to 24hrs then I'll be back all the time

The team is welcoming and always with a smile. I always enjoy seeing the employees enjoy what they do it is not just a job for them and is good to see that. I particularly enjoy to see this young man the trainer I always see him there and always with a smile and very pleasant. Every time I see him doing one of his dance moves and his quick dances while doing his job it makes my day I always tell him I’ve never seen anyone have so much fun at work!!!! I do appreciate that :) I always enjoy visiting this gym never had a problem and I also notice they are always cleaning the machines which it is very important! Give this place a try you won’t regret it!!!!

Good gym good service I recently called about a charge and was explained very clearly what the charge was for clean gym but anytime after 3 gets packed where equipment usage is very hard to find a machine you may need to exercise but I can admit it's kept well maintained.
