I just signed up to join the gym after many years of pure lack of motivation. It feels good to be here after my encounter with Christian Rich, one of the gym associates. This guy is friendly, personable, straight to the point, and most of all has a positive attitude and the right mindset. Looking forward to claiming healthy habits again here at fitness edge!

Christian Rich was so awesome he took care of all my concerns and was very helpful, he honestly made me feel comfortable even after talking about my weight which to me is a very uncomfortable topic even after my weight gain. He offered me a one on one session with a trainer to be able to assist my needs and goals and assist with showing me how to utilize some of the machines at the gym. I am so happy he is working at the gym, and look forward to more conversation… and the plus was the P&b shake!! Yay thank you for being so awesome!!

I joined the gym today and had a great experience. Christian Rich did a wonderful job explaining the different pricing options, giving a tour of the facility, and making me feel welcome. He also made me a delicious protein shake. Excited to get started at the edge hamden!

I came to get a membership at the Edge Fitness club in Hamden today. Christian Rich was super helpful, made me feel welcome and explained all the membership options thoroughly. He was kind and patiently answered all my questions. Overall, this seems to be a fantastic gym, with helpful people and I’m excited to workout everyday. Christian Rich, you’re awesome! Been going to this gym for almost 2 years, have only had positive experiences with staff and other gym goers. Lots of equipment, clean, and everyone usually has good gym etiquette. Can get a little busy sometimes during the middle of the day

The edge fitness gladiators ground everything is well maintained friendly honest peaceful and safe where you can be yourself everyone is welcome..keep expanding new buildings new grounds and also creating jobs for everyone in the population that's the key edge fitness is saving lives let them know the way .. everything bright like galaxies stars ..look deep inside and you see the stars right inside edge fitness if you at planet fitness look into a transfer..
