I have been going to OTF since the fall of 2017, and my body has definitely transformed since then. I cannot tell you how many people ask what workout I am doing since they are impressed by my transformation. I love how easy it is to schedule a workout, and I love how efficiently the one hour is spent. An OTF workout encompasses everything you need to get your body fit and toned. I'm so thankful for the instructors (I see you Jasper, Josh, Brooke, and Jeff!) who are all so grounded and nice and encouraging and smart (because they can keep track of what everyone is doing in the room every 15 seconds). I weirdly like the cancellation policy because it really forces me to not want to cancel my class.

Great workout unfortunately their very rigid policy and unwillingness to switch an expensive workout class for another class in the same day is a huge turnoff. Life circumstances can happen and as someone who has spent a lot of money at this boutique fitness studio you would think that they would at least be willing to consider moving to another class that is not during peak time or sold out. My money can be spent at other local studios that have better people policies.

I really enjoyed OTF! I can’t wait to go back. It’s personal training in a group setting. Easy to stay focused with the live heart rate monitoring.

I love that fact that I have an experienced trainer in the room guiding the whole class to push forward. I can see how hard I am pushing through using the heart rate monitor, and I can always look forward to getting a great workout no matter who the trainer is because OT rocks!

I love my OTF workouts! The coaches are energetic and encouraging, the hour is maximized, and I feel I get a full body workout every single time. I have been going very faithfully for the last 6 months or so, and I am stronger, leaner, and have more energy. I would, and have, highly recommend Orange Theory!

I went in for a job interview and I prepared this whole presentation for it. They told me after my interview that they were "inviting me to take a class" because they strongly recommend me having taken a class before being hired. So then the next day, I had to go in for a class. During the class I got really excited about the job, figuring that the fact that they invited me to come to a class meant that I pretty much had the job. After the class they were all like okay have a great day. I left thinking they would contact me later on about the job. They did contact me the next day, but only to ask me if I wanted to sign up for a monthly membership. They acted like the job interview never happened. I wonder if I wasted my time on a job interview that was actually a scheme to get be to sign up for their program. The workout was great but it's about $200.00 a month for the membership and most people can't afford that. It's a workout for the rich people.

Because of the instant feedback, I can customaize the workout to what I need. Its group exercise, which helps me push myself and stay competitive, but can also be personalized for me. Every day is different. Getting bored is not an option!

Love that it's high energy and the teachers select music that keeps you in the zone. I have to get my workouts in at 5 am and I know that I wouldn't push myself even half as hard if I was trying to do it on my own.

The combination of cardiovascular with body weight training is everything. In addition, I'm a competitive person, the splst points give me a gage to push myself beyond what I had done previously as well as what I see my fellow OTers doing.
