The best high intense workout ever, what you put in is what you get, Michael Scott was great, the rotation cycles worked the entire body, and of course , the after burn and sweat was sweet.

I first heard of Orange Theory from my co-worker as well as a friend that is a member of Orange Theory-Houston. I heard excellent things about the facility, the great trainers and the workouts. I joined with optimism and initially enjoyed my experience. The workouts are GREAT! I specifically enjoyed the classes lead by MJ, Laura and Terrance. Things turned array when I needed to freeze my account. I went into the studio and signed the appropriate paper work. I called a few days later to follow up and I was told that my account became unfrozen...So I had to go BACK to the studio to re-sign the paper work. I didn't think much of it because mistakes happen. The following month I see that my account had my charged the FULL unlimited monthly fee. (When you're account is frozen your account is only charged $15 per month) I had to call FOUR times (over a two week period) to get my money refunded. FOUR TIMES! Each call I was told a message would be given to the manager and the problem would be resolved immediately. Why do I need to call numerous times to have a situation handled? Each and every customer should be valued and customer related problems should be handled in a imperative manner. The customer service is terrible. When I first joined a year ago I have never had such a problem. The staff was excellent, but half of the staff when I first joined are gone and has been replaced with not such a great staff. So finally, when I had called the fourth time to verify that my money had been refunded I had been notified that my account had been cancelled...really? Cancelled? I was very insulted.I was told it was over miscommunication. What type of miscommunication could there have been? That reflects an incompetent staff. But I was not surprised that my account was cancelled after they abruptly cancelled Titus Johnson's membership over a bad yelp review. That goes into my next complaint, why would they cancel a membership over a Yelp review? If you choose to run a business you should not be so insecure. As a business owner, you WILL receive a few bad reviews. Do they not respect freedom of speech? Are members not allowed to voice their opinions without fear of member cancellation? Titus Johnson had been a member since day 1. (Literally, he is considered a 'Founding Member") He went very frequently, motivated many other members during workouts and always promoted Orange Theory to anyone interested in fitness. He experienced racial profiling over a stolen cell-phone. He wrote his experience on Yelp and was soon notified by the owner that she read his review and canceled his membership. Does that sound like someone who is adequate in running a business?ALSO, a previous employee of Orange Theory and my friend, quit because of being called a "disgrace" via text message by the owner, Elle Mahoney, for not being able to make it to work. (That was strike one)ALSO, there is no longer any representation of African Americans at the facility. No black staff and no black trainers...why is that? I would like to see representation at any facility I give my money to. Many trainers who have left have voiced their reason for leaving being mostly because of the terrible management.ALSO, if you complete a survey for Orange Theory be expecting a phone call from management with excuses for any negative feedback. I thought the purpose of a survey was to take the feedback and make proper adjustments not to be confronted.I am glad my membership was cancelled. I cannot morally support a business like this.

The Orangetheory on Bienville in Mid City is awesome ! The people there are super friendly & motivating . The class is super high intensity but it feels great the whole time you're in there . The loud music and the motivating instructor push you to do your best ! I loved seeing my zone color on the screen because it kept me pushing myself . Would 100% recommend anyone try this out ! My instructor for my first class was a guy named Josh and he was great !

If you would have asked me this question last year I would have given OTF a 5 star review but lately things seem to be going south there and fast. They have a great format and plan but Managers and Owners seem to be having a hard time implementing them. Clients create a bond with Coaches and vise versa which makes it easier for the trainers to help the client’s specific needs. This was the case at this studio but lately the employee turnover is so fast and frequent that this isn’t the case anymore. New Coaches seem lost and without proper training and guidance and the senior coaches left trying to compensate. The diversity of the members has also gone from great to not so much anymore. This is because many clients have left their memberships due to lack of diversified coaches. Three stars is the best I can give until management can make their adjustments.

I am a fan of OTF because each class is different from the last. The instructors are very motivating and make you want to challenge yourself to reach your personal goals. The 60 minute workouts are tough, but the end results are amazing!

I love OTF and the workout is amazing. Many members are and have cancelled their memberships because of the owner. She treats her staff and the coaches very poorly. It's a shame to watch a business with such a great concept be hurt by an owner who only cares about the bottom line. She shows no concern for the customers and her staff. OTF should find a way to make owners more accountable for how their actions affect customers and staff. Its continues to get worse and worse.

I love the variation and intensity of the workouts, all the trainers are GREAT and motivating and play great music. Orangetheory has a very friendly atmosphere. It is like having a group workout with a personal trainer.

I like that the workout is hard, but not so difficult that it can't be finished. The motivation that the coach gives is helpful. I also love that I can see my "stats" on the screen while I'm working out. It motivates me to push myself.

Orange Theory NOLA by far has the friendliest most helpful staff ever! I'm new to the NOLA area and was recommended this gym. The trainers are just so compelling and motivating! They keep me coming back!

I have really been enjoying orange theory fitness. I'm always on the edge of being in great shape but my lack of motivation by myself in the gym slows my progress. I believe I can really get into the best shape of my life at Orange Theory.
