Crunch Fitness - Port Chester

You can do a day pass, so great if you just need a spot workout here and there... I believe less than 30 visits is less than a membership. Good mix of equipment. I dont do classes so can't comment on that. Dressing room is ....ok as any for the masses facilities, always on the edge of .....eewww.Bad side .... Prime time is a meat market.... Just packed. But suit my needs. If you know what you're doing just get in and out.

Place is always a mess, broken machines, the staff doesn’t care to address the issue and act like you’re a jerk for bringing it up. Members spill drinks leave it on the floor like half cans of monster spill, powder from chalk everywhere. The water fountains have built up junk, creepy members starring at the woman. They have signs everywhere rack weights, no chalk, etc etc but members completely disregard them and staff could not care less, I feel sorry for the cleaning crew. I won’t bother to talk about the bathroom. The good thing is the price but than again it attracts this type of member who has no etiquette.

If I could leave zero stars I would… This is easily the worst gym I’ve ever been to… and I’ve been to probably 10+. Almost every machine is broken or performing at 50% capacity. The benches feel like they were made with bricks, and all the bars are as slippery as a slip n slide. Never in my life did I think there could be a worse gym than the LA Fitness located three minutes away but here we are.

Terrible attitude of the administrator.I went as a guest of my wife, we were training and the administrator told me that we could not train there because it was a "threat" to their business since I was guiding her to do the exercises, at the same time that I trained with her.The worst thing was that the administrator told her that if she came back to the gym and he saw her again, he was going to cancel her membership.She immediately canceled her membership herself.With their greatest impudence, she recently received a message from her inviting her to return. We're not going back there. We are training at LA Fitness and the treatment, the facilities and the attitude of those who attend you are much better.Observing various opinions, we have not been the only people who have been treated like this. It is unfortunate.

Shame on Crunch still trying to hit up my bank account a long time after refusing me service. Avoid doing business with a place that will only retaliate against you complaining when it is clear they are going out of business and are struggling since everything's in disrepair or catering to the woke minded individual. I am glad to be training at a more reputable facility just don't be dinging my bank account every month because they would rather cater to karens and not address valid complaints. In 2 weeks at a credible gym my lifts have gone up drastically because they dont lock away critical equipment as a crash grab. Threaten to call the cops after taking your money Shame on them.

The staff here are great but the management should be embarrassed about the state of the equipment. So much broken or half-working equipment.

Very disappointed with the experience at Crunch. I cancelled my membership and they continued to charge me for months after that. When I realized and called for a refund, they said they would put it through but still haven’t weeks later and never pick up their phone. Extremely unprofessional.

Very welcoming staffs and the gym is always clean and organized

No place I’d rather work out. Great staff compounded with great management leads to an exemplary workout experience.
