I Enjoy all of Tracy's classes at this gym. TRX, Butt, Belly and thigh burn out, to pilates and Bosu bootcamp. They are all high energy and the right amount of intensity for all ages and levels of strength. I have seen my body change in the year and a half that i have been going 2 to 3x a week. It has built up my strength as well as shaped and toned my legs and arms. I highly recommend all her classes.

The best crunch workout fitness is at Norwalk , to be honest when you do the membership there, they actually treat you with respect, the machines are surprisingly great and the staff is more nicer also, respectful. If you want to spend you’re money wisely? Go to Norwalk crunch.. they pay less than here in port Chester New York .

The instructors of crunch fitness in Port Chester are great, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It wasn’t until I had an encounter with the manager, Jonathan Cardona that made me write this review and make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I only go for their amazing classes however I was running 5 minutes late. There were two staff members working at the front counter one of them had a long line of customers and the other one (the manger, Jonathan) had none. I scanned my card and ask for ticket to take a class. He said I had to wait on the other line that was almost out the door. So I ran to my class and thought I’d get a ticket afterwards. The ticket is really not an admission ticket but more to see how many people attend. Half way through my class I see the manager is starring at the room where the class was being held. It was very uncomfortable having him starring while working out. This surprised me because Crunch Fitness’ modo is “no judgements”. That’s not the feeling I got while attending my class. Once my class was done I went to the front desk and the manager was waiting for me. He said “I need to speak to you” in a demanding way and in front of all his male staff. He took me into an empty room and rudely spoke to me about needing a ticket. I simply said “ok”. When I left I said hello to one of the other staff members. I’m not sure if it made the manager mad but within minutes of saying hello to another staff member the manager had sent me an email threatening to revoke my membership because of a ticket. I felt the manager was harassing me by going to my class, waiting for me afterwards and send me a rude email.

Can’t go wrong in Crunch . Good price and great machines .

Inexpensive and worth it . Everything mostly works. People generally are pigs and don't clean machines after using them. Escalator hasn't worked in 6 months but for the money it's to be expected

Don't get a membership with this Franchise. They are only interested in enriching their pockets and not interested in the well-being of the members. Their other location in White Plains is falling apart. I am shocked that corporate would allow their name to be dragged through the mud like this. Management is poor -- no it's just awful. I would give them 0 🌟 just for that reason.

I like the gym. It's very affordable and has a friendly staff. The free weights and equipment are adequate to get a beneficial work out in.My overall health and fitness has dramatically improved since working out regularly here.

No issues cancelling as I belonged to Crunch Norwalk much nicer faclties there with better cardio equipment. Issue here is members don't wipe equipment nor respect it.If members treat the place like this then it's their fault as John and staff do a decent job.Owners need to update older broken equipment more often and allow members access to mats but personal trainers treat that area as theirs and theirs alone...

I joined this location after being a member at Crunch White Plains for about three years, until it closed around a year ago iirc. As someone who lost over 120 pounds with diet and exercise alone (over several years), I take my gym routine very seriously. I go daily (seven days a week, holidays included). I liked the old location, but this is even better.Staff are super friendly, machines are ALWAYS available, facility is clean, parking is legit a breeze. One of the managers, Jonathan, always calls me by name when he sees me, which is an incredibly nice gesture and one that I have not experienced at other gyms I've used over the years. In terms of location, I actually spend less time door-to-door going here than I would at the old White Plains location due to the horribad parking garage situation that place had going LOL!I also have to spend a little time on mentioning how considerate the staff here are. When it was closing, one of the White Plains Crunch associates, Jonny, suggested I look into transferring my membership to Port Chester and mentioned how nice their facilities were, since he works at both locations. He also mentioned how easy parking is there (as parking is a primary concern for me when it comes to gym memberships in this area and he remembered I had mentioned that previously). At that time, I had already signed up with NYSC at their Hawthorne location, and I thought the drive from White Plains to Port Chester would be too much for me. However, once he suggested I check it out, I decided to give it a try. Long story short, decided to cancel the NYSC membership I was carrying along with the Crunch one, and stick with Crunch alone. Definitely happy with that decision, especially since the rate is way better here, plus the amenities, atmosphere, service and transit time (due to traffic on 287), are ALL exponentially better. As for amenities: Parking is flawless. And free. Even on busy weekends, I never have an issue getting a spot and the parking is open air, which is a nicer environment than the stuffy garage in White Plains. Plus, I never worry about a road rage incident due to a dramatic encounter with crazy Walmart shoppers, unlike I had to deal with in White Plains... I do use the tanning here, and it has always been clean and is VERY strong. So big bonus on that since it's included in my membership. As I stated earlier, the machines are great, well maintained, and it's never so busy you can't get the one you want.As an update to my previous review, I started doing personal training sessions with one of the trainers, Carter. I've been working out with him once a week for the past 6 weeks and am totally happy with that decision. I had done personal training years ago, but I wanted to get more confident on free weights because that entire section intimidated me LOL. So the Crunch manager, Jonathan, recommended Carter because he's great with the free weights and getting members up to speed on them. So far, I can see some gains in my arms and chest, which are the primary groups I'm working. However, the biggest benefit has been feeling confident enough to use that equipment, since I can work out on it on days when I don't have a session with Carter. Also, Carter told me he used to be a bodybuilder, so that skillset is incredible to have. Highly, highly recommend him.tl;dr: Former Crunch WP member who switched to this location. Use the gym daily (7 days a week), so I can be kinda picky lol. But... I am completely satisfied. Highly recommend this Crunch. A+.
