This is one of the best Planet Fitness I've ever visited. The staff is always polite and helpful. Equipment is cleaned and organize. Love this place :)

I love my gym. They recently upgraded some of the equipment and perfect. Stay dedicated and you will get the results your looking for here. Staff is always friendly and available to help when you need it.

Not much too say. Gym is clean. Staff is nice. Not super crowded when I go. Machines always work. Water fountain is upstairs which is a little annoying but other than that pretty good gym.

I finally started going regularly and I can say the staff is friendly and helpful the people mind their business there is not pressure no weird feeling like if someone is looking ... it’s great and clean the only thing I don’t really like is the tanning machine they really need to fix them . Also I wish this location had the pool! Then it would be the greatest gym... enjoy it !!’

I gave earlier this month five stars that's wrong no heat no hot water and then on top of it all when I asked what kind of discount will we get for this because u planet fitness takes our money every month on time but can't fix ur hot water fixed???????????? 🤔 The dude with glasses in front gonna say we put signs what does that have to do with anything people actually go there to lose weight and are dedicated and actually work he gave me a number I called no answer ?? Like really so I'm paying for ur gym and ur water and u can't even get hot water running been days why???? Then they have staff who look miserable as hell like if u don't like ur job quit people actually pay money!!!!!! Fix ur problem or close down the gym seriously

I used to come here before. It's better than the one on Castle Hill for sure. May be expanding the parking lot for this facility would be nice...Castle Hill has a spacious parking lot. But again, this is NYC, space is expensive!

Friendly staff, usually not crowded, open late. Usually we find parking in or around the lot. I just wish they had later hours on Friday and the weekend, even if not 24/7. But nonetheless it's a good gym, and the price can't be beat. They also have wifi which comes in handy for music/video streaming.

The only down side is this gym is a lil small and has an awkward layout. However, if you get lucky you can snatch up a parking spot. The bathrooms are always clean as well as the entire facility. The staff is friendly and pleasant.

This is probably the worst pf I've been to, lazy staff, no wifi( was told it only works after midnight, wth is the point of that?) one friggin water fountain? Oh n it's on 2nd floor, how convenient? On top of that they got employee of the months working, I have a black card and came with a friend but staff won't give me two tokens to use the massage chair? Ur probably better of pay $10 more n go to LA fitness near by 30/month forget these a-holes
