When the gym first opened it was clean, well maintained and fully equipped. A few years later there are ample amount of issues. There are no 10 lb plates, no resistance bands, only 2 adjustable benches (which are most popular), giant holes in the floor, absolutely filthy bathroom facilities, no foam rollers anymore, when machines are out of service they remain that way for months. What started out promising has become a let down.Only positive is Management is awesome and friendly.

The gym in the ladies room is extremely filthy. I reported it to the general manager Neely’s Patel on 7/31/23, at around 1:30 pm. I forwarded him pictures of the unsanitary conditions and they were even worse today.I need a discount on my annual membership, that is already paid for the year.I do not believe they have anyone to clean the women’s bathroom, which is an immediate health violation.

Scarsdale location very dirty.Needs vacuuming desparatelyHair ball flying around in studio.Floor needs a good cleaning.Wont even venture into pool area.Too afraid!!Wont be renewing my membership once it expires.Used to belong to NY sportsclub those gyms are very clean in comparison.

I’m currently a member here due to location convenience. I absolutely love that they are open 24hr hours. However, this gym is very dirty. The machines have dust piled, dirty paper towels in the cup holders and empty drink bottles scattered around. The machines are not up to date . A lot of missing pins, broken, or being repaired. The turn around for repair is long it seems at this gym. I’ve been watching for months now that 3 Stair Master machines have not worked and not been repaired . When the gym first opened it was clean and a great place to come. However, now, it’s overcrowded, dirty and machines are not being taken care of. You will find that you have to search for weights and extensions to the machines all around the gym because they are never put back in place. Lastly, I find it uncomfortable to go to a gym that has homeless people living there in the bathrooms . When I brought this to the attention of the workers, they said they can’t do anything about it because they pay a membership. There needs to be a restructuring of this gym because this gym has the potential to be what it was when it first opened .

WHERE ARE ALL THE MISSING WEIGHTS??? whoever is in charge at this Gym really needs to start doing their job. There are NO proper 10lbs weights in the gym, they disappeared over a month ago and haven't been replaced even though the issue has been addressed with the "MANAGER". about a third of the weights disappeared recently including a bunch of other equipment. There are machines that are either damaged or broken and NOBODY is doing anything about it. When confronting the management the answer I got was people must have stolen it... Well, duh!!! Replace them!!! You're a gym!!!Giving it another week, then myself and a bunch of other members that I know are dropping this membership!!! Enough is enough!!!
