Oscar is great. He is really well educated when it comes to health and nutrition and he tailors a program to your needs while keeping you accountable. 1:1 training in a private space is a huge plus!

Oscar is an amazing personal trainer and human being! He is very knowledgeable and supportive. He is genuinely engaged with his clients to help them achieve their goals! I also have to say that his studio is incredibly functional and well put together!

Oscar is always enthusiastic during our sessions, and varies the routines to keep workouts interesting/new.

Oscar is a perfectionist! He always does his best to check if I have the correct form and makes sure that I don't hurt myself. He is very professional and he has great form when he does the demo. He is also really patient and always encourages me to try my best.

Oscar is a wonderful trainer. He tailors each training to fit the needs of the individual and is patient, thoughtful, and pleasant to work with. Oscar is also very accommodative--I work crazy hours and he is generally able to work around my schedule. Thank you for all your help

Oscar is the best. He is effective, encouraging, responsible and has such great positive energy. The gym itself is spotlessly clean and I love the privacy/flexibility that comes with a private gym. I enjoy every session with Oscar and can't recommend him enough.

Oscar is patient, upbeat and infinitely knowledgeable about strength training. He’s my first training experience, and I was nervous it would be intimidating or one-size-fits-all. YMMV but try a session!

I've always been someone who's played sports and gone to the gym. I was never a huge fan of working out with trainers as they seemed repetitive and costly.Working out with Oscar, however, has been a total game changer. He's extremely responsible, articulate, and knowledgeable. He's showed me small but very important adjustments to workouts that have fundamentally changed the way they impact my body in a positive way. He also follows up on things that we discuss. He once went out of his way to record and send over some extra exercises when he didn't need to at all, as well as other notes regarding nutrition. I really value this as I know this means he has a true passion in fitness and in helping others achieve their goals. Our workouts are always well structured. While they are often challenging, its never to the point that I feel I'm at risk in getting injured. They're often varied so you never feel like you're doing the same workout again. I often feel energized at the end of a workout instead of drained. Most importantly, he's a person who's naturally positive, high energy, and optimistic. I feel that trait is extremely important in working with anyone- and in particular if that person is training you. I have extremely high regards for Oscar and Hudson training and would recommend you not to think twice if you're looking for an amazing trainer in NYC.

Let me be super clear: I absolutely despise working out. The only thing I hate more is gyms. I have a long history of trying workouts that I hate and/or feeling like a loser because I’m not a gym rat. Yet somehow I’m actually enjoying working out with Oscar. He’s pushing me hard - and I’m seeing and feeling results - but instead of feeling like a loser, I feel great. The privacy of Hudson Training is a huge plus (did I mention that I hate gyms?) - this allows me to focus on my workout and not feel self-conscious. Oscar’s a great trainer.

I came to Oscar to jumpstart my fitness routine post pandemic and have been working with him for about a month. He started by asking about my goals, tailoring a fitness plan, course-correcting/adjusting along the way, and holding me accountable to ensure I’m on track. I started seeing results quickly and so I highly recommend Oscar if you’re looking for something more personalized than what’s typically offered at gyms.
