Hudson training is incredible! Seeing Oscar for my sessions are always a highlight of my week. Before training with Oscar, I didn't have much experience with weight training, and he has been super patient while teaching me all the correct techniques. I feel incredible after each session, and I look forward to continuing with Hudson training for years to come. Highly recommend!

After a hiatus from the gym due to covid I was looking to go regularly again. I knew it would be hard on my own so I decided to look for a trainer to get me back on a workout routine. I stumbled over Oscar Hudson training online. From the first session on I felt connected and taken care of. The gym is perfect. It has all it needs to get fit. The best is that there’s no one but you and Oscar training, so the focus is all on you which I really appreciate. No to mention Oscar, who delivers an excellent training, very attentive and dedicated. Looking forward to many more sessions with my favorite trainer. I highly recommend.

Oscar is an incredible personal trainer! He made me feel comfortable from the very start. You can tell that training is not just a job for him, but a passion. He has fun working with you and his positive energy is infectious. His knowledge of fitness and health is very impressive (and that's coming from a healthcare professional). I felt like he truly got to know me - my background, goals, challenges etc. so that he could create a custom plan that works well for me as an individual. During the session, Oscar was incredibly respectful of my physical space, encouraging and instructive. After just my first session with Oscar, I felt like I learned SO much, reassured that I feel safe from injury, and am even more pumped to attain my fitness goals. Also I love his fitness studio - it's got everything you'd need and has a homy feel to it. It's an honor to step foot in it and be part of Oscar's training experience. I'm excited to train more with Oscar and would recommend him to anyone! I wish I could give him more stars!

I have been going to Oscar for several months, and am incredibly happy with the experience. Oscar is very enthusiastic without being pushy - he is not a trainer who yells or is in your face, which I love. He is very focused on the mechanics of the exercises, and ensuring that you are able to perform them correctly. His sessions involve circuit training, HIIT exercises and various weight training. We perform weekly weigh ins, and more extensive body fat analysis every few weeks. Oscar also provides diet guidelines and workouts to do outside of his sessions.I have spent years working with trainers in other cities, and am very happy with my experience with Oscar! I have seen a marked decrease in body fat, an increase in muscle and am getting back to the shape where I want to be. I really look forward to his sessions and they are a highlight of my week.

Oscar is an excellent personal trainer. My husband and I started going to him a few months ago when we moved into Chelsea. We’ve had trainers in the past but fell off for a bit when we moved cities. Oscar brought us back into the habit. He makes an effort to switch the workouts up every week, he’s reasonably priced for a one-on-one (or couple) workout, and his space is very cute. We even tried the trampoline recently, which I’ve never done! And he has state of the art body scanning technology. I definitely recommend training with Oscar at Hudson Training.

Let me be super clear: I absolutely despise working out. The only thing I hate more is gyms. I have a long history of trying workouts that I hate and/or feeling like a loser because I’m not a gym rat. Yet somehow I’m actually enjoying working out with Oscar. He’s pushing me hard - and I’m seeing and feeling results - but instead of feeling like a loser, I feel great. The privacy of Hudson Training is a huge plus (did I mention that I hate gyms?) - this allows me to focus on my workout and not feel self-conscious. Oscar’s a great trainer.

I was searching for a trainer for a few weeks and stumbled across Hudson Training. Not having done in-person training before I wasn’t sure what to expect.From the get-go, Oscar was welcoming and attentive. We discussed my goals and challenges with training, and he developed a program best suit to achieve those goals. I’ve been training with him for a few months and he’s been such a great motivator. He puts his clients first and makes sure we’re performing the exercises with great form. He’s down to earth and helps you feel confident in the gym. He’s the kind of guy you want in your court.Above all, his passion for fitness comes through in every session. I highly recommend training with Oscar.
