Personally, I never trained before; but here there’s not a problem, since I start with Oscar the one to one personal training have been excellent. He makes sure I’m comfortable on every exercise , however still challenging me to success and see the result I want. He cleans all the equipment before and after. And not worries about questions he’s always willing to answer all of them.

I've been going weekly to Hudson Training and it is nothing but professional! The place is squeaky clean and the owner is very accommodating to whatever I need. He has every workout equipment you could ever imagine and if he doesn't have it, he will get you the next best thing. I love coming here and it always makes my Fridays that much better! :)

I highly recommend Hudson training, Oscar is really knowledgeable and professional. Just after 3 months, I’ve felt stronger and saw incredible changes in my body, my legs are stronger. I ‘ve never exercised before, since starting with Hudson training, I have learned how to move my body in the right way, he adapts the exercises how I need it, he also encourages you to push harder and keeps you engaged. Before I never felt motivated to go to the gym, now I am look forward to working out everyday! Hudson training is made to make you feel comfortable, give you personalized work outs and the gym is always organized, sanitized and very clean for each of my sessions.
