I have loved going to this otf location. I have been going for about 6 months and I am honestly in the best shape of my life (and I am a former division 1 college athlete). Every coach is great- I feel happy signing up for any class with any coach because they are all great (which is not the case for every workout class style studio) 100% worth the money

Jackie and Nick have been excellent coaches so far — very inspiring and understanding of everyone’s individual capabilities. Every class is VERY fun, just the right amount of challenging, and leaves me wanting to come back for another workout.

Orangetheory really kicks my rear into shape! Especially whenever Coach Austin teaches class. His charisma and command of the room make every workout I take at OTF that much more enjoyable. Love Orangetheory!

Honestly, I was waiting on a different OTF location to open, so I joined this one in the interim and I always assumed I would switch locations when the other one was ready. BUTTTTTT I've fallen completely in love with the staff & coaches here and now I can never leave. I get a great workout, the space is clean and welcoming, and everyone is awesome to be around. I love all of the coaches and could never pick a favorite. It'd be impossible. But it's Alysha.

Ridiculously strict about showing up 30 MIN before your first class. Had already filled out the intake form and signed the waiver in advance, but apparently they still require 30 minutes to show you how to use basic fitness equipment, regardless of how experienced you are or how many similar classes you've taken. It's a shame they have such terrible customer service. They called me 20 minutes before class, I said I was on my way and would be there in 5 minutes and all they said was "okay see you soon". Then got there 5 minutes later (15 minutes before class, which would still be more than necessary for any other fitness class) and they said "sorry, we require you be here 30 minutes before class starts for safety". I spend way too much money on these types of classes, but I guess that money will continue going to Barry's instead. Never going back to Orange Theory.

I love this studio. Coaches Jackie, Tim, Austin, and Alysha helped me loose 30# in a year! Great vibes and community. Also, if all studios in NYC, softest towels!
