I've had my best fitness class experiences here. The workout is great (especially with the new heavy weight rack!) and is as hard as you make it. Head Coach Jackie sets a great tone for the studio and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. In addition to Jackie, we are lucky to have Tim, Alysha, Austin, Ben, and Nick regularly teach here -- and you can't go wrong taking class with any of them!

I love Orangetheory and I love this studio! The wonderful and thoughtful coaches, the welcoming community of fellow members, the friendly studio staff are all key to the experience. I want to shout out Head Coach Jackie, who I take classes with multiple times a week… she’s fantastic - extremely motivational and is quick to figure out how different people can be motivated to succeed… plus she always has an extra minute to go over a question or to correct form or to help set goals! Also love Coach Tim, who is the perfect weekend morning coach with his own blend of entertaining while pushing us on efficient workouts. I have several friends who go to different studios regularly and I feel like our studio on the UWS is typically going above and beyond - testament to the team. The workout at OTF changes every day, it’s fast-paced and exciting, and overall Orangetheory makes you want to work out. I can feel myself getting stronger. Excellent way to get back into (or into it for the first time) gear on working out regularly. If you need extra motivation, Orangetheory is the way to go.

Great Orangetheory studio. I’ve been to studios that are inflexible and unaccommodating and seem determine to milk you for ever last fee. UWS72 is super friendly and efficient, and the average coach quality is super high.

Very disappointed… I am visiting from Fort Worth Texas and I left two messages and a text trying to get a reservation for a work out with no response whatsoever… Super surprised because all of the Orangetheory‘s I’ve ever been to have been top notch… No return phone call and no return text… This is not what I expect from a franchise such as Orangetheory… Totally disappointing… Management should train front desk better👎🏻

I’ve been going to Orangetheory for over 6 years and have visited studios in 3 different states. THIS IS THE BEST ONE. A new location recently opened a bit closer to my place, and that one is good too, but this UWS location still has me making the 40 min trip each way, 3-4 times a week. It’s that good. The coaches and staff are great. Their playlists and styles vary so there is something for everyone here. They also really get into the challenges and events and seem to make more effort than other studios to make these fun and engaging. If you like Britney, Beyoncé, early to mid 2000’s emo pop, sweating, having fun, going home a little stronger every day, and you’re not a jerk- this is the place for you. Just go there and try it out. I dare you.

Hands down the best Orange Theory in the city (maybe the country). The workouts are great and the studio has a fun and laid back environment. Coach Tim is the best!
