I took a 3 day pass and went to this place at 6 am. They did not let me in by saying that if I have a day pass I need to come back after 7:30 am.Who does this and how rude to send back . God knows how does it matter. Will never go to this fitness center

Gym facilities are good, but staff not friendly..for a guest pass they charge $25, in a way discouraging to get new members and shows they don’t care attitude towards customers who are members for long time...

Great gym with the latest equipment wether you want an aerobic or heavy weight lifting exercise. Nice sauna and steam room. Newer locker room facilities. Pool and basketball courts. Plenty of parking with a rolling security.

I like how the gym is always clean and there aren't any broken machines. Any time I come I can always get to what I need to do.

They need to restock supplies better, and if you want a good workout this gym in not for you. It feels more like a social gym. No variety on equipment. Hoist must be there discount equipment but i think Hoist is bad for your back. Front desk folks are just talking or flirting. Better one is Fremont Blvd or paseo Padre. This is a Super Sport but they really short change there equipment.

The WORST customer service experience. I don't recommend any personal training here. Please don't fall for their sales pitch, they only mean business. When you first come to look at the gym, they pretty much say anything to sign you up for personal training. Please don't fall for it.I was dumb enough to believe everything they said. The gym representative who was showing me around, pointed out to the swimming pool and said that they have good swimming trainers and state of the art swimming pool. And that I can get a really good deal if I sign-up for personal training (swim lessons) right now. I believed him, he did not even take me inside the pool because there was some session going on at that time.I was very hesitant initially but then again I had plans of taking swim lessons soon anyway.I mentioned to him that I'm not ready for swim lessons right now, but he specifically mentioned that I can pay for personal training now, and use it any time in the next 8 months and that I'll get a good deal if I sign-up for it today. And if I'm not satisfied after trying it out, I can get the money back in a month. It was my bad, I fell for it. I paid for personal training(swimming lessons).I'm a fitness freak, I go to gym 4 times a week at least. But haven't started my swim lessons here yet. I already know the basics of swimming, so I went there one day, just by myself to get a feel of the swimming pool.To my surprise, the swimming pool is 5 feet deep. I had no clue about that until I got into the pool that day.I've already taking swim lessons in a shallow pool like this one, I was able to learn the basic strokes, but that didn't give me enough confidence to jump in a lake.I went back to the manager and said that this pool won't work for me. I prefer a deeper pool. He said he will find out if 24 hour fitness anywhere else has any deeper pool and that he can transfer me there.2 months passed, no one got back to me. Ultimately when I reached out to them again, the same manager @Adam says that they do not have deeper swimming pools anywhere and that they cannot even refund the money I paid for the lessons. He was forcing me to take some training, but cannot refund even a portion of what I paid. I did not even take a single swimming lesson here. I said I want to go somewhere where they have deeper swimming pools and make better use of that money. They just don't care. Why would they, I paid for all the lessons already! The ball is in their court! It's such a waste of everything.I like the gym, no complains about that. But if you are looking for Personal training, I recommend finding a place where they value client's investment, both time and money.Find a place where they focus on meeting customer's goals and not just business.

I happen to visit the club early morning and had some issues with the billing to view on the app.For some reason my membership showed up canceled and the representative wasn’t able to provide the full info. Representative told me take this customer care phn number go outside and talk. When I told I’m a member and trying to look the issue with customer care. Representative rudely told me to leave the premises and said your not a member so you can’t stand in. I understand if I can’t workout but just to talk while being inside the way I was treated, I felt very very bad as being a member for a while and due to some billing issues, the representative didn’t co operate and just said to leave In a very bad manner.

Just joined 2 weeks ago, for water exercise. The batbathroom to the seniors or handy cap is broken. The towels get washed there. Not sure if there disaffected properly, the bottom of the swimming pool has build up grime and dirt. Pool is to cold. Being that winter is coming they should turn it up a notch or 2.They have a lot of staff on site so the cleanliness should be up to par and maintenance as well. Being said that we pay an annual fee of $49.99 for these issues. Staff is awesome.

I've been using it for over 4 months as of this writing. Men's locker room smells like sewer since day one, due to KNOWN drainage problem. The General Manager doesn't answer emails and is unavailable in person. Training manager provides strange "reasons" and unfulfilled promises to fix the stink. Shower stalls are dirty, full with hair. Staff doesn't clean them often enough and doesn't have the right equipment to remove the hair efficiently. 2nd floor becomes easily crowded. The music is horrific, both in volume and choice. Some staff members are friendly, others should not have customer contact at all.The positive: swimming pool is usually very clean and seldom crowded. Most of the equipment works as expected. Towels are clean and plenty.Other alternatives exist in the area: either another 24 facility, or other fitness providers.

New pricing is outrageous, I've been a member for over 25 years the new pricing is over four times my current fee. Forget 24 Fitness it's time to move on to competition
