glad i used free guest pass try this place out. I won’t be considering buy the membership at least for now.First of all, i had a three day pass but the front desk said it’s expired and can only use it for a day. He stated that each person can only get free pass one time. If you don’t use it, it still counts for one.No where on the website i can find this information. Fine. My fault. One day is fine.I went here around 6pm and it’s very crowded upstairs. Most of equipments are full. I walked around for about 10mins and nothing is vacant.I also found people don’t clean the equipment after use them.Pretty upset. I felt wasted my time.Home gym is probably much cheaper and safer at this point.

One of the nicest, most well-equipped, public gyms I've belonged to. Tons of machines. Great free weight area. Amazing gym. Fantastic pool, steam room and sauna. Love that the fitness studio is available early mornings to do my circuits. The front desk staff is always friendly and a pleasant first "hello" of the morning to kick off the day. Given COVID banished us to our homes for over a year, I'm grateful to all of the employees at this location who provide us with the facilities and energy to continue getting healthier and stronger. THANK YOU!

The WORST custom service ever! DO NOT join the membership here. Once you join, it would take a whole day to cancel your membership. Waste your time!!!!

Nice gym well kept. Has tons of machines for working out with and isn't always crowded.. The only thing I can say that wasn't great was the kinda cold reception I got the first and only time I have visited so it could have been just a bad day so might revise this review.

I had a very bad experience in this gym! Someone stole my wallet directly from my locker! And associates are can’t help with anything! I literally was outside with nothing! Because they everything in the locker! I completely don’t advise you to go to this gym! Bad gym! 0 star from me!!!

This is the worst 24hour fitness I have ever been to. I have been a member for 3 years and have gone to many supersports. Here they sacrifiice good equipment and instead use the space for a basketball court. there are many facilities for basketball throughout cities this is a jib and should be focused on building the body and providing more equipment to do this not dedicating space for people running around not doing resistance training...The clientele is also kind of ghetto San Jose has much better 24 hour fitness so does Marin county and San Francisco. If building your body is a goal stay away from this 24-Hour fitness the clientele is not friendly either.

Thefts are pretty common from locker rooms, and uncooperative staff members. Bad service.

Good variety of equipment. Sauna is large. Plenty of cardio bikes and curved treadmills.

This place if full of thieves. I had my phone stolen right when I was getting changed, I was right next to it, one second was there, the next it was gone. I ran around trying to find the person that picked it up before he could go away but I couldn't find them, and now I'm out of a phone. Staff was of course no help at all, and wouldn't even check for who was in the gym at the time.

After 6a or 4:30p It’s too crowded here, especially the upstairs. Not enough space or machines. They basically only have one of each of the popular racks or machines. If there’s a class in the dance room there is really no extra space to strech, etc.. The old 24 hr Newpark was wayyyyyyy better.
