For as big as they are they sure don't care about the customers. They never answer when you call and the manager is never there. I have called to speak to the manager only to be disconnected or to be told they manager just left, that is if the answer the phone.

I got my bag stolen at this gym and when they checked the camera they found that he is not a member and the manager said yes this is not the first time this guy steal from this branch, they keep letting people who are not a member go inside and the manager is so rude and ignorant I will report this to the bbb and filing a case against them.

No paper towels to clean equipments and you have to run around to find paper towels by the time you find it you come back and the machine you need to clean is taken, gym manager recommended complaining to the headquarters , some machines are out of order so basically going to the gym is a waste of time.Ladies bathroom is dirty and we are talking 12 pm not end of the day, some missing toilet paper or seat covers and some looks like the picture below

This location dose not honor 3-day free pass out of no reason. The front desk staff named, Brithe is very rude, no empathy, and treated me like an animal. I drove 15 mins to this location on 12/31/2022 a stormy afternoon. I got the gym and politely asking to use a 3-day free pass which I got from 24 hr website. This man, Brithe said no, he told me no free pass will be honored since this location is not a participated store. I told him I have email confirmation and the pass was generated for Newark location. Still no, then I said my cloth was wet due to heavy rain, could you just honor the pass once, and today's new year eve, no one needs to be sad. Still no, he is very cold blood and threaten me if not leaving I will be escorted.If free pass is not allowed in this store, why there is a free pass rule printed and showed at front desk.....It totally make no sense.Really really really bad experience, since this experience I would not become a 24 hr member ever.

Currently serving in the United States Air Force, recently moved back to California. Came here to utilize a 3 day guest pass from their website. Front desk staff claimed they are not doing guest passes for the remainder of the year (approximately 5 days left, guest pass is 3 days). The staff would not honor the website confirmation. Inquired about the 1 day pass which costs $25 and asked if they offered military discounts. The girl proceeds to ask if I’m paying in cash (not sure why this matters) then goes on to state that she doesn’t know how to apply it but thinks that they do. I ended up purchasing the $25 dollar day pass out of desperation since my usual base gym is closed. Long story short, I won’t be utilizing another 24 Hour Fitness. An incompetent front desk staff is a recipe for disaster. Highly disappointed.

They are zero in hygiene standards.Its been multiple time there is no towel paper in the entire gym. Broken hand sanitizer equipment, bathroom low on soups. No one follow the rules in sauna and steams room.I like the location and schedule.

Half the machines are broken right now and haven’t been fixed in months. Horrible quality.

If you want to go there for functional training , good luck finding an empty bar , it's is overcrowded , couldn't do my training at all
