If you're gonna become a member first ask if they're gonna close down any branch. I recently renewed my membership at the Fremont branch in June 2023 and they closed down the branch within a month making it very inconvenient for me to commute to another gym and won't give me a refund of the membership amount. Don't choose a bankrupt gym chain that's closing down branches, go to ANY other gym.

First, I love the fitness and group classes. And yesterday my friend applied for 3 day free access online and record login in the system. Today when we check in, the front desk lady checked our id and refused my friend to try out the class because SHE IS NOT US RESIDENT. Excuse me? And the other front desk gentleman verified my friend information in the system and welcomed her in. I feel so sorry about the experience. Please give me a response about this. Is this discrimination? !Does everyone need passport to verify first? !

Usually, go in the morning. Front desk guy Ray is awesome. Usually, he knows the regular people and is friendly to everyone. Great place for a smaller Super Sport 24 gym. Still needs to be cleaned time to time. Also, the people that doing personal trainers should clean up when they are working with clients. Just to show that they want a clean gym when they are doing the personal training.

Excellent 24 hour fitness. Clean. Feels new. Customer service from staff are better than the other 24s Ive been to. Kalvin, one of the managers, is extremely helpful. I renewed in store and he was able to get me a way better deal than renewing online!

Overall gym is clean. Some cardio machines on the bottom (1st floor) are broken, but there always machines that you can use.Gym has plenty of parking outside (the entrance opens out to the parking lot).The pool has 2 lanes. Be prepared to share/wait for others (not a big problem for me). There may be a strong scent of chlorine. The sauna and steam room are excellent.On the second floor, you may need to wait to use certain weights. But you will likely find some space to do weight lifting. There is a good view of the parking lot/ the sunset.

WORSE GYM EVER !!!! Don’t come here only if you wanna lose your time and money. The personal it’s very rude and it’s always busy
