7:00 a.m. is a great time to get in a workout! I was able to get in 30 minutes on the treadmill before and after lifting weights.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any and all questions. The equipment was always clean and even had instructions on how to use properly. Overall great environment will keep my membership.

Signed up during a promotion that disclaimed $1 dollar to start, plus a prorated amount for the first month, 2 months later they charged me a non refundable annual fee.Honestly I am more mad about the timeline than anything else. If it was clearly Stated when I signed up, and not halfway through a document that you practically need a law degree to understand, I wouldn’t have cared so much.. but I also wouldn’t have paid an annual fee for something I haven’t been at for a year.. but that’s just me.
