Crowd meter seems wrong, lower than it is. Gym is packed 9a-2p weekdays, either get up earlier or go after 8pm. Lots of treadmills and bikes but not enough of anything else. For the demand, it should’ve been a 2 story PF. I haven’t been able to do anything but the treadmill/bike and sometimes the 30 min area. Disappointing as I expected something like my old PF. It’s clean, people are nice, but it’s almost pointless to go if you can’t get on anything. I’m going to start coming at night.

Good location and user-friendly equipment. However. You guys NEED more squat racks!! This location is not adapted to the amount of people coming in, especially in the evening. We can’t work out in the early evenings because of the crowds of people. It’s very hard to get on any equipment that you want. Additionally, lots of equipment will break or go out of service and it takes the staff a while to address it. It makes it even harder since there’s not enough equipment for the amount of people anyways.

02/18/2023 morning associate at this location is racists she stopped us after scanning 2 times. I'm paying member from 4 years at this location. She is very rude don't know how to talk to customers.

Great location, clean and well maintained facility/equipment, and hands down one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. Only draw back was that there were so many people that equipment was limited. Might be time to open a second location.

Clean facility, excellent variety of equipment and a well designed layout. I like the small storage lockers in the lobby for those small items. However, the showers could use a separate dressing area instead of exiting the shower in direct view of the locker room.

Post Christmas and the facility was crowded and not optimal for a efficient workout environment. Very clean and organized.
