Review for Gymsource as a company; not this specific location. We purchased a $3500 elliptical in 2004. We are moving and contacted Gymsource for help in getting the elliptical ready for the move (they had done this on our move to MA seven years ago). I was told that they will not touch a machine that is over 10 years old. Very disappointing service.

The store is clean and the help is good but apparently Gym Source doesn't allow for phone calls to exact stores? I.E. I called multiple numbers trying to contact a store and they all route to a main line and you can't contact a specific store? I called 5 numbers and all routed to a main area and I was told "stores don't have phones." Wild model

I initially thought shopping for gym equipments during the pandemic is not going to be easy due to the lack of stock, long wait time, etc. But Eric from sales and James from delivery really made the whole process a lot easier and faster. Thanks to them, I now have enough equpiments at home for my workout. Greatly recommend this store!
