The Salesmen that we worked with was very friendly unfortunately he was not very knowledgeable with the equipment I was interested in. As luck would have it after it was delivered and set up I needed to have the unit serviced . I spoke with Kristen in customer service who was excellent she was able to squeeze me in on the Friday before the Labor Day Holiday weekend. The tech who came over was excellent he knew exactly what the problem was and corrected it.

My husband and I purchased a Cybex Bravo All-In-One in-home gym unit last winter and we are pleased to report it has been fabulous! For working parents who are '40+' athletes, this unit quickly becomes easy to use and see results. My husband used it to train for a recent Spartan race and I was able to target specific areas that regular 'cardio' sessions were not getting. It is a small sized unit that can do many things and we welcome it in bad weather months! We have purchased 6 pieces of equipment over the last 12 years from Norman and always think the service is great!! We also met a fabulous trainer who showed up how to use the Cybex Bravo as part of the package! Great place and great piece!! Thanks Norm and Ashley!

All I can say is if you are looking for gym equipment go to gym source and ask for Matt he is amazing to work with. I needed a new elliptical for my new home and I decide to go to gym source not knowing exactly what I wanted and Matt took over 3 hours of his time to go over the equipment with me. Matt helped me find the right machine for me and my girlfriend as well as he helped me download a app for my ipad because the machine has a blue tooth connection directly to my ipad so we can track our work outs separately through the work out program the manufacturer provided. They also do financing and 0 interest over a 12 month span. There is no better feeling than to know that the service provided was knowledgeable and professional with no pressure of a sale all Matt wanted to do was be helpful and help us find what we might want weather we were going to make a purchase or not. If you are looking for new equipment stop inn and ask for Matt you wont be disappointed.

I was looking to set up a home gym and my trainer told me to go to gym source. I had little experience purchasing gym equipment in the past, but I must say my overall experience at gym source was excellent. The staff was all knowledgeable and attentive, the delivery service was punctual and they were quick to service any issue I had with their own in house service department. They gave me the direct line and every time I called with a question a live person always answered. I have never had customer service so good. If anyone needs any gym or exercise equipment go to gym source,
