We ordered some home gym equipment through salesman Al Zuniga. When assembled at our home, the external vendor shipment from CA was missing a critical part. Al went out of his way to work with the vendor to get the correct part delivered and to reschedule its installation. Excellent customer service!

I bought my treadmill on line. Within 2 weeks a delivery date was set up. They were professional, courteous employees from the salesman in the store to the guys putting my machine together. I was very impressed, highly recommend them

After being told the item was in stock and waiting three weeks to schedule delivery I was told it would be a month and a half before I am able to schedule delivery. This was a very self-serving lie to tell during the sales process as I had explained I was looking for an store with the item in stock.
