Planet Fitness @Waltham is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. No equipment that is out of order is left long - they get fixed. Highly recommen this gym.

The front desk staff is great, the regular managers are great. Lately because they've had a manager switch they've been having some of the higher up managers come in at night and this one specific one you'll know who he is cuz he's wicked short just a little bit taller than a midget actually. Clearly has small man syndrome because he's extremely rude, abrasive and aggressive with the customers. He should not be a manager nevertheless even talking to the customers with that kind of attitude and because of his vulgar personality myself and five of my friends have canceled our memberships at this gym and gone somewhere else. Planet fitness if you want to keep your members higher up managers really should be nice and courteous to their clients and not rude jerks. It's not our fault he's so small.

Been going here for about a year and it's great. Very cheap and they have everything I need. Staff is very friendly and always greeted me on the way in and out. It can be a little crowded at times but you can always check the app to see how busy it is.For everyone complaining about the billing and cancellation policy, this is universal across planet fitness and this location has no say in how it's run, so no need to give them a bad review. Go complain to corporate about it.

No free barbell weights, but it is very affordable and a complete gym, lots of cardio machines and different weight machines.They have dumb bells up to 75lbs and 5 -6 Bench's.There are 4 Smith's machines.

Mens locker room is grotesque. Me and my guest immediately vacated.
