Had to transfer my membership from Fl to Waltham. The Young Lady working at the desk was EXTREMELY Helpful..Great Job..

Good gym, enough equipment, BUT super dumb cancellation policy that you can only cancel your account in person at the gym or SEND A LETTER. Why not just an email, wouldn't it be easier for everyone?

This place is awesome, friendly people and usually clean. The only thing it was hard to find the soap in bathroom but looks like this is not an issue anymore so I am giving them five star.

Plenty of equipment to work out on. Great staff, especially Sandra. I have never had to wait for a piece of equipment no matter what day or what time I go there.

A super space to exercise. Never over crowded. Really great staff. Clean and proper gym. Lots of good equipment.

This location was too busy for me and also had a really odd setup. The "cardio room" for lack of a better term, is cut in half with machines facing directly at eachother. It's very weird.

Refuses to extend hours past 10 pm, yet it is always filled to capacity from 4 pm-10pm. It is too hot in the gym and with the density it is very uncomfortable to work out in.

Lots of gym equipment to use. Kind of small. Also no one wears masks. They have stuff you can clean the equipment with, so that's better than nothing.

We recently returned to our Planet Fitness in Waltham, MA, after a year-and-a-half hiatus due to Covid. What a wonderful experience returning has been for us. First of all, the machines are amazing (many new since we stopped going); the gym itself is immaculate - the cleanest we have ever seen it; there is usually a young man who goes around cleaning both the machines, the floors, etc.; the staff are wonderful - all of them. But, Sandra Craig, the manager of the Waltham Planet Fitness is absolutely an amazing young lady. She is kind, friendly, patient, sociable, knowledgeable about every aspect of the gym. She goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We are older adults, and we are not always up-to-date on some terms, the machines, technology, etc. Sandra takes care of all of that. She has been immensely helpful to us in all ways. She has a beautiful smile; and her kindness exudes from the inside to the outside. We love seeing her and chatting with her. She makes it a pleasure to work out. Love her and love that gym. DON’T GO TO THIS GYM! THEY PUT A $40 HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT UNANNOUNCED! PEOPLE ARE STARTING AT ME AND JUDGING ME WHILE I WORKOUT. although the staff themselves are nice. But it is not worth it. Workout at home!
