I've been going to this location for about a year. Equipments are well kept but lacking a few for muscle around neck and weightlifting like squats. You got to be creative to work on some muscle groups. Men's bathroom and locker rooms are run-down. Connected bathroom makes the locker room a bit steamy and smelly while dehumidifier is on. Staff are neutral and mostly friendly. In the end of hours like last 5-10 minutes to shutdown, some select staff run Lunk Alarm to scare/notify all remaining gym goers to leave, evidenced on 2/5/22 and 2/24/22. There is no intercom to make announcement but surprisingly they broadcast music.

I have been a member for a dozen or so years and have seen managers, some good, some less so, come and go. But Sandra, our current one, beats all the rest by leaps and bounds. She is a jewel, organized, friendly, efficient and, most importantly, responsive to our questions and concerns. And you can be sure she will act-fixing a tv, filling towel containers, etc- all with a smile.She is a valuable asset to PF. I hope the club doesn’t forget it.

This particular Planet Fitness doesn't have many amenities others would have. No touchless water fountains, no working sauna, no hair blow dryers, no ceiling fans. There are flies all over the men's shower, broken tiles in the shower, only one men's stall. Most of the staff is pleasant. Other PFs are much nicer, this one just feels run down and could use some basic up keeping.

One of the best Gyms considering the annual membership price.Use their app's crowd meter feature to beat the crowds.I had to cancel membership due to extended travel out of US, but cancellation was super easy and efficient.

Been coming to this gym for a few months now and really like it! Atmosphere is very friendly, staff is nice. The equipment is always well cleaned tho and people are respectful. overall, I’m very pleased with this gym.

All The staff are very friendly and helpful. One staff in particular named Kyle has been great and very helpful to me. Today, I had an appointment with him and did an excellent job as trainer. What I mostly appreciate about Kyle is he shows gratitude, respect, and support for others at Planet fitness. But, I also thank him for continuing to train me and help me reach my goal.

I got a bit nervous when I discovered that the billing provider for Planet Fitness was ABC Financial, which also handled billing for Work Out World when I belonged there. My prior experience with ABC (WOW) was not good. This time around with ABC, sure enough, I was incorrectly charged an extra $10 fee with my first bill - not a good start to my Planet Fitness membership. Sandra, the Club Manager, handled this perfectly. She tried to get this resolved through the proper chain of command within PF and ABC, but was unable to do so (she could not even get a response). To make things right, she simply refunded the cash to me out of her own petty cash account. I was sorry she had to do that, but I was very impressed with how she handled this, as well as with her friendly and positive attitude.

The staff is very friendly and the equipment for the most part is functional and easy to modify for my purposes. The manager helped me update my account and now I plan to resume a healthy regimen close to home. So glad that Planet Fitness Waltham made it through the pandemic!

Planet Fitness -Months later….stairclimber still not fixed. Two tanning booths-one still broken after 9 months.No reply’s to my emails….people Who work there tell me the parts to the machine are on order-almost half the treadmills are also not working. … That’s what they’re told…Planet Fitness owners-Either buy another stairclimber, or one or fix this immediately this is not acceptable. Too many broken machines!!There is a line of people every day of people watching and waiting for their turn for the machines that work -they actually fight over the one stair climber that still worksThe people working there are nice-it is too bad owners put them in this predicament-having to deal w angry customers daily.

Seem a little busy but nice, a lot of space and friendly staffs. Property is clean as well.
