Power Rowing has been a great place to learn how to use an erg and get a full body workout! It’s a really supportive environment and I defiantly get way more of a workout there then if I just work out by myself.

Neat facility. Bryan (the owner and instructor) loves his job. As a newbie, I felt like I was given just the right amount of help and oversight. Power Rowing is a great resource, especially if you live nearby. 👍 …

This class has been a game changer for me. I'm surprised how much I love rowing! Typically I like to run or take long walks with my dogs, but this is a great break from monotony of these exercises. It's an excellent workout with really awesome instructors who make you want to push yourself while having fun! Also, having ab work, TRX, weights, etc. incorporated in different classes prevents that monotony from creeping up again!

The classes and teachers at this studio are excellent. The open level workouts are structured, challenging, and they can be adjusted to your pace and fitness level. The space is clean and feels airy (one wall has windows that face Harvard ave). Really enjoying coming here and looking forward to returning!

Power rowing is an amazing, supportive community of people and instructors that work hard and have fun. Workouts are structured to be tailored to each individual and are always a great challenge. I have never before stuck with a workout membership but Power Rowing finally sealed the deal. Expect clear instruction, motivation, and lots of hard work.

Amazing studio!! I felt incredibly welcomed as a new student, with multiple instructors taking extra time before class to show me the ropes. Excellent instructors who push you to challenge yourself while keeping the class fun and engaging. Love the variety of classes offered!

I’ve recently completed my 15th class and have enticed my husband to join me in Powerrowing. We enjoy going together and getting a terrific work out. Brian is an excellent instructor/coach. He ensures that everyone gets a work out this is challenging yet accessible and gives thoughtful feedback to encourage each rower and help finesse their form. His energy, enthusiasm and sense of humor make for a class that just flies by and I always feel like I’ve had a great work out!

First time trying out rowing and had a fantastic experience at Power Rowing! Had my first few classes with Bryan and he gave the perfect amount of guidance on form/technique and encouragement. Also took two other classes with the other instructors who are really great as well. I love the format of the classes, where you start slow and ramp it up, and alternate between rowing on the erg and exercises off it. Would definitely recommend!
