Great classes! Bryan is tremendous. I am an old guy who hasn't been to the gym in a very long time and I picked it up quickly. Now, I'm going every morning. The classes are great for all fitness levels. Don't put it off, it's easy to start. PowerRowing offers a free intro class and a two week special for $30.Now, I just need to find out more about their senior discount! :)

Terrific in every way ! Try it, you won't regret it.Low impact & big results.10x better than my old combo of running and lifting.Every runner and lifter should try this as a replacement, or supplement, for running or lifting.Bryan is fantastic - fun, positive, & helpful.
