Power Rowing brings me right back to my days of high school crew. The workouts are so efficient. Bryan does an incredible job of laying the foundation, leaving it up to you to make the workout as challenging as you want it to be. He has a knack for teaching proper form while pushing you a little further than you thought you could go. This is a great studio.Give it a shot and you’ll likely get hooked too!

Power rowing offers great classes, the instructors are awesome and really push you to do your best work out. I like the focus on your core during the workouts especially. The classes are also great because they can be customized to whatever level you are. Awesome studio overall!

Power Rowing is an awesome workout. Brian and his team incredibly welcoming and helpful regardless of your previous experience of being on a rower. Also, they are really generous! Power Rowing gives back to the local community through Charity Rows and other programs. If you're looking for an awesome workout and want to support an amazing local business - You found it at Power Rowing!

So far, I've been to five entry level classes (all with Bryan, the owner). It's challenging, but Bryan's enthusiasm makes you feel like you can do more than you thought you could when you walked in. He's attentive, encouraging, friendly and responsive. Also, the studio is clean and well-organized, with a cool set-up (wood floors, flat screen TVs, large windows). For people looking for a tough but low-impact workout, I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

I started going here because of a great deal on an unlimited three week trial and I am hooked! Bryan (the owner), all of the instructors, and other members have gone out of their way to get to know me and welcome me to Power Rowing. I look forward to attending more class and improving my rowing skills while getting a great and versatile workout!

Power Rowing is an amazing community! I always walk out feeling like I had great workout. Even if you are new to rowing, do not worry. The instructors are super helpful and walk you through the correct form each session. There are a variety of classes offered so it's easy to keep things interesting by switching up your routine class every once in a while. I love this gym!

I came to Power Rowing with absolutely no rowing experience and immediately felt at ease when I walked through the door. Bryan, and all the instructors, really make an effort to get to know each person that comes in for class. They encourage everyone along the way to get the best and toughest workout they can but always know when to let you do your own thing. The workouts are a combo of mat exercises and intervals on the erg, which makes for a well-rounded workout where I feel all my muscles are engaged. I can't recommend this place enough!

Power Rowing is a great time, and an even better workout. Bryan is an absolute pleasure to learn from, and he really excels at motivating each person based on her individual skill level. I left feeling determined and accomplished. This is my 5th class, and I definitely have felt stronger with each time. I also feel inspired by the charity rows put on by the studio. Kudos to Bryan, and highly recommended!!

Power Rowing is a terrific workout that offers great results. I've been to about 5 classes and I'm hooked. If you've never rowed before, do not worry. The instructors make you feel very comfortable with the equipment before you start a class so you won't feel left behind or intimidated once the class begins. I really suggest starting with one of Bryan's classes. He is great at offering feedback and making the space comfortable for everyone. Plus, his sense of humor makes the workout a lot more enjoyable.

I love the Rowing & Abs class with Bryan and the Suspension & Rowing class with Rebecca - both instructors are very attentive and provide so much helpful feedback on form. The classes are challenging without being intimidating. There is a mix of fitness levels and everyone is supportive and welcoming. After only a month, I can feel my body getting stronger. Every time I start my day at Power Rowing, I feel great for the rest of the day.
