I am a fitness instructor, so I usually get paid to exercise. It has to be a really great class for me to be willing to pay....and Power Rowing classes definitely qualify. This morning for example I took a class led by a woman training for the 2020 Olympics -- first, rowing with her makes me feel like a hero, and second, she gave me lots of great technique tips. Running in the winter sucks. This is a fabulous way to keep up -- and I promise you even to improve -- your cardio conditioning. The owner of the business is a great guy, and I promise after you try out the studio you will also be motivated to help his small locally-owned business succeed.

I joined Power Rowing 2 months ago and have attended 35 classes in that time. I’ve never been motivated to attend so many classes and stuck with a workout regimen, but the workout and communal atmosphere here is amazing. On average 8-10 classes a day so it can fit in any schedule. And it’s the best low impact workout I’ve ever done.

I went to Power Rowing as a complete beginner and had no idea what to expect -- I ended up loving it! Bryan does a great job of showing you proper form, correcting when needed, and encouraging you to push yourself. It's a fantastic, low-impact, full body workout!

Excellent workout facility with great instructors and owner. Everything is kept in immaculately clean condition and the rowing machines are top notch. The workouts themselves have the perfect combination of technique, physical challenge and fun. The instructors make sure that you reach your maximum potential without being overbearing. Overall I'd highly recommend giving it a go!

I’ve been to power rowing five times now and I absolutely love the class. Bryan was so welcoming to me—I had never rowed before and now I feel like my form has improved so much! Definitely a good class for beginners who want to learn to row correctly.

Look, I know, there are many classes and gyms, but this place is special. Bryan, Rebecca, and the whole team are kind, supportive, and beyond friendly. Likewise, this place has a real community spirit bolstered by the staff and their events and charity work, but truly created by the wonderful people who go here. Did I mention rowing is also an amazing workout? Real truth here, I've always been more of a runner, and never on a crew team, but easily the best workouts I've had have been with the lovely crew at Power Rowing.

I'm a beginner to rowing but ever since joining this studio, my strength has gone up along with my confidence. Bryan and the crew (pun intended) are really friendly and supportive. They have made my wife and I feel very welcomed. They offer a bunch of different classes for every skill level and make you feel very comfortable. Thanks Bryan!

I first checked out this studio through ClassPass and instantly liked it. It's a fantastic, efficient workout unlike any other in a studio I've tried. The instructors really try to get to know you, even if you're new, and it's a challenging, fun workout. I've had knee and ankle problems in the past, affecting my ability to do other activities, but the workout is designed to avoid many of these issues. Definitely check it out!
