Graduated in may 2022 and it took them until may 2023 to cancel my membership. Came in, emailed, phone calls, certified mail, nobody would cancel my membership. Just go across the street to 10gym

Unethical billing practices are part of the corporate business model. Do not use!!!! Better service at planet fitness or golds for the same price, and you wont get screwed when you try to cancel.

I am a BCBS member and a disabled veteran. I pay for a membership for all the gyms in the area, Crunch or otherwise. I pay no fee because of BCBS and my disabled status. I came to the one in Norman and they wanted to charge a fee. I explained to Jordan at the front desk that I pay for this through BCBS and I am a disabled veteran ( I cannot walk without a cane). He told me at this specific franchise I have to pay a fee. When I explained again he shrugged at me. I will be contacting the owner of the franchise (Jeremy?) with my legal team. Maybe I’ll open the one in Moore and we can compete.-Dr James Reichenbach.

I am tired of these gyms all they want to do is scam you. My contract already ended and they are still trying to charge me that is not right. Do yourself a favor and don't even start the membership you will save yourself some trouble.

Staff just did not seem to care . I asked to cancel membership over a month ago and still they have not cancelled. When I was using gum the staff was never at counter and would have to wait at times for up to ten mins. Just really not professional at all with a sub par attitude.

Beautiful, clean facility with every amenity you need. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming and the coaches are encouraging and supportive. Lots of equipment and machines to choose from. Tried the HIITzone class and got a KILLER workout! Crunch is definitely the best gym around.

A good gym. Wasn't over crowded but seems very popular probably because it's new and got a good environment. The employees are very helpful.

Their yearly membership is not good for people that move in the states for work. You have to be there in person to cancel. I’ve been charged for months while I was out of the state and they wouldn’t cancel it over the phone or email, nothing. When you call and try to talk to them they’re very assertive about not canceling unless you’re there in person

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. They will continuously charge you AFTER canceling your menbership multiple times. They are a scam gym. Go to the YMCA, at least they are honest about their prices and about their billing system.
