5 Star service from Trainer Phil.He was very thorough. Very informative and very professional on this initial visit to evaluate me. His positive energy and training I'm sure will help me in my journey to become the best me. Also the young lady at the front counter..dark curly hair...always has a smile on her face. Glad I chose Crunch and Phil.

Travis and Troy helped us out hella far. Had some financial issues pop up and we had to put everything not immediately important on hold for a little while. Walked in, explained to Travis and he got us handled. Troy also helped get our personal training payment issues handled. These guys are awesome at what they do, especially if you need some help with figuring out your account problems. Ill also shoutout Katelyn, our personal trainer. She went above and beyond what the letter of her job was and helped my wife and I out even when she couldn't be there with us on site.

Edit: I was contacted by the Manager after filing a complaint with the BBB and the issue was resolved. This is a scam. My mom had her membership canceled and received a receipt stating we have $0 due and it’s done, but then three month later, which is today, we get a letter from a debt collection agency saying we owe crunch $62. I called them and their rude employee tells me “this is what happens when account is overdue” which is bs since we checked and got a receipt from them saying there’s $0 balance on the account at the time of cancellation. I will go in person tomorrow to sort this out as well as cancel my own account. Never get a membership from this gym ever!

Crunch fitness has a great selection of fitness classes to choose from. It also offers tanning, massages, sauna. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have an actual track to run on. Other than that, I’ve been very pleased with my experiences there!

I belong to this gym. Lots of good equipment and the clientele show a huge range of abilities-- from the seriously ripped to people (like me when I first started) who have a long way to go to get in shape. Membership prices are extremely reasonable- starting at $10 a month.

If I could give this business zero stars I would, they have been charging my account literal months after I have canceled. I keep having to get new debit cards because they want to keep scamming me. I have been in multiple times to have them fix this issue and they refuse to even offer money back, and are rude every single time. The head trainer also talks down to women and body shames you. Also your car will get broken into when parked outside. What a great place.

Horrible service and felt very unwelcoming. I was gonna sign-up and wanted the same plan as my other family members with the 50 a year and 10 a month. I passed on the 30 bucks a month plan and he told me to just then go onto a computer and do it myself with that plan. I really wanted to workout that day and I was denied. Whatever happened to letting a new sign-up in for a moment? Since I didn’t do the 30 a month plan you guys just became a non-workout obstacle. I’m gonna go across the street since you guys don’t like my kind around there.

I give it a one star on many grounds, first off I've been going to this gym for about 1 to 2 weeks. I'm not satisfied with the place, it's absoutly crowded on the gym floor and the locker rooms. Can not get on any equipment it's like waiting at frontier city to go on a ride. So I wanted to cancel my membership, the answer they gave me is they can't. So when I signed up they FAILED MISSRABLE TO LET ME KNOW YOU HAVE TO STAY WITH THEM FOR 60DAYS. Before you can cancel you have to stay with them for 60 days. I'll be honest this place is not worth it unless you wanna feel like you in a military barracks. I'm going to go back to golds gym yeah I'll pay more but atleast I am guaranteed to be on a machine and have my space in the locker room

Gets way too crowded, cleanliness is subpar, weights are always strewn around, and when I went in to cancel (so I wouldn’t get charged again due to financial reasons) they told me that it would take 30 days to process and I would be charged again. Very poor gym and would not recommend getting a membership here.

HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve been trying to get my membership canceled for TWO YEARS. I have gone in person multiple times, called, left dozens of emails and nothing. Management refuses to take my calls or respond to emails and it’s cost me hundreds of dollars. I haven’t stepped foot in this gym in two years unless it was to ask them to stop payments and was given the run around each time. Unprofessional behavior and policy to the max.
