The environment isn't great. Felt uncomfortable. The way the equipment is awkward. The treadmills and weights for example, everyone on treadmills is staring at the back of your head while you're lifting. Saying the staff is less than attentive is putting it lightly. I was excited about my membership, went once and never went back. Signed up online, went to finish sign up and get my keytag (and t-shirt which I never received) and was rushed through the process. No explanation of my membership, no tour, no explanation on this is here, that's there, this is what you do when you get here, this is our equipment. Nothing. As someone who is new to the gym... overall really disappointed with the atmosphere.

Good gym for the price. The staff are really nice and the place is clean. But you need to be careful when you give them your credit card / Bank routing number. They will keep charging you even if you cancel your membership. This is the only problem they have.

They scam their customers.I signed off in person to discontinue my subscription last November because I was moving. I’m get a call in March telling me I owe them 60 dollars. I told them I cancelled and they denied this. I told them they needed to stop my subscription at that time, and they refused saying I had to pay the balance and could only come in, in person to unsubscribe. I live a few states away now and this wasn’t even feasible.Flash forward to July and they say I owe them 130 dollars for a service they refuse to lift and that I haven’t used in 9 months. I refused to pay again and they refused to cancel the service. Now they’ve sent it into a debt collector and are attempting to ruin my credit.Do not subscribe here. Ten Gym across the street is better. If you subscribe and attempt to pause or discontinue, they’ll throw away the papers like they did me and then call you half a year later demanding you pay. And if you moved away then there is no way to discontinue but to fly back to Oklahoma just so they can lie about you signing off again.Do. Not. Go. Here.

So after a couple of months I can say I do enjoy the gym very much. The staff is friendly but not very attentive, the free shirt you are promised is invisible cause you don't get one. You will not get a tour of the facility or anything like that but they are friendly. I stepped outside the door during my cardio to answer an important call as to avoid noise and was treated rudely by a staff about scanning my crunch card when i came back in but I did when I had initially arrived and my keys were in my locker at that point. She even seen my sweaty self walk out to take the call. The classes, machines and equipment are plenty and the facility is nice and clean. There is something for everyone though. Overall great place to workout....

I like the equipment and the staff are friendly but the TV situation sucks. There's no way to change the channel and they're always set to the same two shows across the gym. I often gave to request more cleaning towels because they're empty. That being said, the gym is usually pretty clean, the equipment is well kept. The parking lot is a grade a nightmare but it always has been.

I've been at Crunch since 2019 and I generally like it and have had good experiences. I go in the morning because the evenings are WAY too full with college kids. My only complaint is the women's locker room showers. I don't think they get cleaned often because there is always gunk on the floor, the drains are usually clogged so the shower fills up with water immediately, and the soap dispensers in the showers are always empty. So, it's a great place to work out if you're not looking to shower afterward. Overall though, great value for the price. Can't beat $10/month no contract. I also like that I can add tanning during the summer months and then take it off my membership after summer's over.

Great facility with tons of equipment. I go in the middle of the day and while it’s busy, I’ve never had an issue having to wait for equipment. The staff is friendly and there always seems to be at least one person cleaning something at all times. Only issue is that sometimes the sauna is extremely hot (which is great) and sometimes you can barely break a sweat. But for $15/mo you won’t find a better spot.

I’ve been to all kinds of gyms across the United States so I’ve seen the most expensive amenities and oversized garages that cater to different fitness types. Factoring in the price, amenities, classes offered etc., this is a quality gym. If anything, I’d love to see it get bigger even if we had to pay more to reduce peak hour crowding. I take the yoga class regularly with Natalie and I love it. I haven’t booked a training session but trust the trainers are see working are quality. Phil is one of the trainers I bug often with questions on form and he always knows exactly what to do. There’s tanning and massage beds as well. Try them out and see if it’s the right gym for you.

Very rude to guests who don’t know all the policies and especially some blonde who was rude about using the restrooms for myself and my kids. There should at least be signage for guests to read as far as what’s allowed to be used and age appropriate. I understand kids aren’t allowed on the floor but where else are they supposed to go if the kid center is closed! Very upset and glad I never joined for the staff itself. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone who plans to get rude customer service daily.

I liked the gym well enough while I went but as other comments mentioned, the cancellation process is hell. I thought I had deactivated my account and paid all fees as I was told that by the front desk just to get an email two months later that they had added other charges as well to my account- and since I didn't know about them, they also had accumulated late charges and service fees. I cancelled this membership since I was moving out of the city but I've never been to a gym where cancellation process was so long or expensive.
