Gym is clean and there’s a lot of variety to the equipment. The trainers are great. I will be switching gyms soon because I do not like crunch. I pay the gym more than $700 a month in membership fees and trainer fees, and on a recent trip to the gym I tried to buy a water bottle for myself and one for my guest. My card on file declined; no problem, not their fault. I tried to pay with the card in my wallet, and the cashier said that their card system was not working. I had $6 in cash in my wallet, and offered that for the water. “You’re $0.54 short,” said the manager. “We’ll, it’s what I have on me, I’m a member, last time I was hear I was told I had $20 something in pre-pay on my account, is there any way we can bridge a $0.50 gap?” “No, sorry, you’re $0.54 short.” I put my $6 on the counter, grabbed a bottle for my guest, and finished a workout. I look forward to finishing out my contract and going somewhere else. I hope the $3 I donated helps keep the lights on.

I really enjoy coming to this gym. The staff is super friendly, the facility is very clean, the wait for machines is not at all of any. Though I am not real sure about the free weight area, that area can look very busy to me. No one hogs equipment. The tanning and hydro beds are great and sanitized. The deals for joining are constantly coming out. I love coming here to get my workout time in!

Do NOT get a membership from here. My husband did and they promised $40 a month. It was in the contract, everything was correct and within 3 months of having a contract they changed it without any permission or our knowledge and started charging us that $40 EVERY DAY! They have made it to where we cannot pay bills or hardly buy food!! They WILL BANKRUPT YOU! IT IS 100% PREDATORY BUSINESS!!! Do yourself a favor and don't even enter the building. I will be filing complaints. We were charged up to $54 for membership.

Loved this gym at first... but they don’t take Covid serious at all. Their cleaning habits were bad before pandemic and haven’t changed at all. Very dirty facility and with so many staff always there why is someone not walking around cleaning and wiping down equipment? Made me cancel my membership and go back to paying more for cleanliness.

I LOVE this gym! The classes are awesome and the spray tanning/hydro massage perks are soooo worth it. The locker room is nice and clean and the staff is always friendly. Also shout out to the trainers, they are amazing!

I’ve been here since opening day and been happy with this gym as a whole. However over the last couple of months the cleanliness and friendliness has been slipping down. The last couple of times I’ve been in in the afternoons/evenings the front staff is less then friendly and just standing there either just interested in convo between each other or looking miserable. No greeting or even acknowledgement. Then on the gym floor, weights and attachments ore just all over the place. While I understand you can’t control the guests, you used tk make rotations of putting up plates, DBs, and attachments that were laying in the floor not being used.Obviously we never know what’s happening on the business side with all the changes the pandemic has caused so I try to give the benefit of the doubt. But the dynamic and atmosphere has changed and not for the better. I miss the Crunch I’ve known in the past.

Great gym equipment but they handle very poorly the Pandemic. I complained three times about the disrespect of social distancing and the staff just rolled their eyes. Finally, I complained about it and decided to cancel my membership. The staff in charge said: it does not matter losing a customer I have my gym full of people. Yes, it was full of people in January 2021, when the one highest wave of COVID after Christmas was killing thousands of Americans.

I've been a member since they opened in Norman and this gym has pretty much all the equipment you could want. They also have a good variety of group classes. The best extras that are included with a top end membership are daycare and the automated massage beds. Tanning is also included for those who enjoy that. Overall, they have pretty good customer service but it can get a little crowded at peak times of the day.

I joined Crunch because I liked the variety of equipment turns out this has been the worst decision I've ever made, and I feel even worse because I talked my significant other into signing up as well as a few friends. So I find out that I need surgery, go on the website to cancel my membership. I get an email stating someone would contact me which never happened. 2 months later a 78.00 payment was taken out of my account. I call they say the only way to cancel is to come in, but if that's the case why have it on the website? So we drive up there to cancel, my significant other is told the Manager is in a meeting and that he will call us to cancel, now we were just told that our memberships could only be canceled if we came in but now it can be done over the phone? So the manager calls and says we have to pay for 60 days regardless, I guess it doesn't matter that its almost two months later, their not following the companies policies as far as cancellation because neither of us received a phone call. I work in law enforcement, and she's Nurse its not like being first responders during this time isn't stressful enough then having to deal with this is absolutely ridiculous. The sad part is after we healed from our surgeries we probably would of went back but after this type of customer service I will never step foot in a Crunch Fitness center in my life. We have multiple gym memberships Golds, Planet Fitness, just because we like to mix it up we had no issues with cancelling our other memberships, but it seems like the money grab is more important to Crunch. We paid for the top memberships and had to ask for T-shirts which we never got, that should of gave me a clue right there. Being First Responders great customer service is a huge plus for us, lets just say were very disappointed in how this situation was handle. I'm sure they don't care about losing our business, it's a machine they just keep it moving like morals, values, and good business practices no longer matter. Sign Up at your own risk!!!!

The gym is nice, but the staff is terrible. Moms with babies beware. They have no accommodation for you or your baby. And they won’t even try to work with you. They just don’t care. It’s “against their policy” and you have to leave. And don’t bother asking for a refund because they won’t give it to you. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a gym. Heartless people.
