The front desk is very welcoming! When I first joined, they asked me questions about my weight loss journey and congratulated me on it, and they were very respectful. The equipment is clean, but there are times when the gym gets very full, and it makes it hard to use machines.

Fabulous gym!!! Always clean, staff is very friendly, and accommodating. I love the movie theater, enjoy the pool and the variety of equipment. I also love that you are allowed to bring a friend with you at anytime if you are a Black or Platinum member which I think is the best and most valuable perk you can have as a member of a gym. I would recommend anyone to join EOS. You will love it!

Dirty and literally smelly. Mismatched weights and some low quality old equipment. Not enough equipment - lots of waiting in order to have a workout.

This gym needs to add more cleaning stations and trash cans, you have to take a long walk just to get the cleaning paper and the sanitizer, same thing for trash cans, a lot of people are leaving their trash on the floor because of the trash can distance, gym bags and backpacks should not be allow on the floor.

Haven't been here in years but I must say I do like the changes. No more basketball means more de for working out. Plus the pieces aren't bad either

Cody and Juan at the front are really amazing. Very helpful and informative. Super nice and professional. Also very understanding. Awesome customer service. Thank you guys, helped me a lot.

This place has been frauding my bank account paying for other people's memberships they have stole over $100 out of my account! Charged me several times in one month, and after I cancelled. Reporting the manager and everyone else.Update: I went over there to fix my account,some bully named Jason lied and said those charges was not on my account, so I called ABC, that confirmed they were. then Jason calls my phone back and calls me the B-word and hung up. The manager Monica who dodged calls all day told me I was lucky that Jason came to the front desk and not her. I had to escalate the charges to abc and a different club in the district to report hthese people so the Craig club is taking care of it, and also district managers have been emailed. Sean, Gus, and Connor are over these people and will be aware of their unprofessional behavior. I got the refund, but I'm happier at UFC fit that's three times the size luxurious and clean and worth six times the price because those are professional people running that facility.

For being an intimate size facility it's well kept for the most part. It is definitely a busy site so if you don't care for crowds, double check into what time is their less busy hours. Their women's locker room is nice and clean when I've used it. They do have a pool however I haven't seen it filled. Maybe it's being resurfaced? The cardio machines are upstairs and there are quite a few. First floor is all of the weights and etc. You can definitely see wear and tear on the popular machines that need to be replaced or given a little TLC to grips , seats, etc. I haven't signed up for any of their classes so I can't give any input on them other then they are usually full when I see the guests come out. All in all, it's a gym and you go their to work out so yep... it does what is expected. Lol!

Luv this place except for I signed up for a 1$ but now they take 100$ every month gotta look in to that a little expensive

I like coming to this gym, it has everything but I feel like it's in desperate need of new equipment compared to other EOSes it's a bit outdated
