I like coming to this gym, it has everything but I feel like it's in desperate need of new equipment compared to other EOSes it's a bit outdated

It is against Nevada law to record video/audio of others without consent. These people coming in with their tripods to film Tiktok videos are breaking consent laws on your premises. All video/audio recordings should be banned for legal purposes. Not just legality, but they take forever to finish their set. The location is overly crowded to the point of it being difficult to find places to even stretch. If you expect space you have to go out of your way to visit during non peak hours which realistically doesn’t always work.

Most of the cardio equipment is old and doesn’t work properly , it is filthy. Not enough equipment to choose from

I love going to EOS it's a great gym but sometimes people don't throw away their wipes when they wipe down the bench

Love this place! It's not like other places that you go and it's like supermodels walking around going like look at me! It's normal working people trying to stay healthy!

Wanted to bring my daughter to try out the gym. She is 13. Was told she couldnt be a guest because of liability reasons, but was told I could sign her up for her own membership not problem. Make that make sense you'll let 13 and old join if you take my money but must be 16 to be a guest. When last time I tried to join my nephew I have legal guardianship over up for a membership and was declined stating he must be of 18 years old. I've been a member for years and the Manager was very willing to cancel my membership today, did nothing to attempt to save me a guest, better off paying more for LVAC

The gym is a nice size but it smells horrid. Like to the point where it makes you upset.

They advertise the pool and hot tub when you sign up then tell you it’s closed after you pay and still charge full price. If I didn’t already pay I would never come here again, it’s packed and unclean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to convert my Walton Fitness Pass which I pay for into a EOS membership. I was told by manager Chelsea that I had to cancel the membership with my job and get a membership directly with EOS.I knew this not to be true as I have family and friends who also have the same pass and had no problems with getting their membership with EOS. Furthermore not only was she not knowledgeable about it, she didn't ask and was dismissive towards me. She wouldn't speak with me she had other staff relay her responses. Totally unprofessional in the way that potential clients we treated. I was able to go to the location on Centennial and get a membership with my Walton Pass with no problems.

Fairly clean bathrooms but they need to increase the pressure to flush. Takes 2-3 flushes to flush the toilets. Also, bath areas need to be scrubbed on a regular basis. Lots of equipment and space to work out.
