I went with my mother to have her membership converted, as she pays for her membership through work and just needed to have it converted. As this was mentioned to the staff, they were rude and dismissive about the entire encounter saying that she has to cancel her membership through work and set up a membership directly through EOS. This information is untrue as I have the same membership and have gone to this location with family/friends in the past and we have never had any issues. The staff wouldn't even look at her membership ID to see if they could convert it. The manager on duty Chelsea wouldn't even talk to us directly, she had someone else at the front desk tell us that they couldn't do it. After the unpleasant experience I called another location, and they were able to take care of her membership with absolutely no problem. It would have been better if the staff on Losee actually listened and asked around or something to verify that they could could help instead of not even looking into it and saying they couldn't help. You guys would benefit by learning better customer service skills and finding solutions rather than giving false information.

This place gets ridiculously crowded Mon-Fri 5pm-8:30pm. If these are the times that you plan on going, you may wish to consider joining a different gym. I’ve tried Skyview by YMCA down the street. It has everything you want but without the crowds. So you can actually use the machines and weights!

I was a member here. Only left b/c is wasn't in the budget. Although they are very reasonably priced. Very clean. Staff is friendly. The machine I preferred was usually available and lots of classes to choose from. The theater is also nice if you prefer to use a machine in an area that's more dark and secluded.

I enjoy the classes here however the Lossee location has closed the sauna/pool areas and the front desk is unable to offer a date of when this paidamenity will be available. Also the sign in and scales rarely work.The benefits are the group fitness classes have great instructors!

Get up let’s go and workout don’t let anyone tell you can’t cause you can meet your goals hood gym positive people and everyone friendly

The gym is fine, only that they reschedule an appointment for a trainer twice, he always says that they are in a meeting or that they made appointments, I think that it is already a matter of discrimination, since I have seen that other types of race are attended to quickly When they make an appointment with coaches, Hispanics are given excuses!

For a chain gym, this location is pretty amazing. The staff is helpful and the gym is clean. There’s a variety of equipment, plenty of tvs and good music.

great gym. just the bathrooms are disgusting and they put in little effort to keep things clean. there was a toilet that was completely unusable but there was no "out of order" sign, and the toilet paper hadn't been replenished, also just as a side not the toilets are not automatic either so if you have sanitation concerns just keep that in the back of your head.

Everytime I feel drained the front desk always makes me feel better , love seeing them every time I come in makes any time between 5pm and 8pm a good time

Ok gym but very busy due to the population density in the area and all the new homes going up. It's becoming a bit small for the area. Very leaky roof when it rains and water stations are 50/50 in terms of wether they will be working or not when you walk in. Machines are sometimes broken and can go unfixed for weeks which can be an issue in a gym where there aren't many of the same machines. Staff if kind and cool but overall 2 stars is definitely warranted as a frequent goer of this location. Thinking about switching and making the drive to the newer location on Craig
