Ultimately their limited accountability and security in the childcare facility killed our membership. Gym itself is decent, albeit very crowded which equates to some unruly behavior at times from some patrons. However, their childcare center does not follow their own policies posted on the wall in the foyer for check in with your child and this became an unacceptable line for us. They specifically say that the same parent must check in and out their child, and photo ID must be used to verify for check in and check out. Every time my wife and I worked out here our ID was never checked, nor was our membership barcode, and they allowed either of us to be the pick up or drop off parent. Multiple times we asked why they don’t check ID or hold to their own policy and we were told that the employees simply ‘remember’ the faces of each parent. Yet, we were always asked which child was ours upon pickup and with zero verification. Literally any one could walk in there and point to a child and pick them up. We brought these concerns to the regional manager and she all but scoffed us off, and eventually said that “we realize this is an issue and an ongoing problem but we don’t have the resources to fix it.”I would highly recommend a revamped check-in and out system for children. There’s even lower cost gyms than EOS in Las Vegas that have better systems with full accountability for this area.We have switched back to a gym that’s closer to our residence and with a childcare center that takes child security and pickup accountability extremely serious.

I have been going to this gym for over a month and so far the gym is nice. The gym is huge with plenty of equipments. The only complaint that I have about this gym is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Sometimes it gets filthy during busy hours. I understand it is hard to keep up but it still needs to be clean at all times. As far the customer service is concerned, they are on top of it. Always professional and helpful. Adriane is one of the super stars at this location. He is always cleaning up and making sure the weights are placed in the right place. If they keep up the cleaning, this gym Is a 5 STARUpdate:I have seen a huge change in the cleanliness of the gym. Waaaay better. Thanks management for addressing customer issues. 5 star. Btw, I subscribed to 3 gyms this month and I finally settled for EōS gym. Cheers and happy NEw year

Gym removed tanning booths. Pool was down earlier this year. Always issues. Started membership with black membership $20+.Requested downgrade to basic and was told it would cost another $50. Time to move to a more responsible gym.

Very dirty, very un organized, weights are all over the gym not on racks, hard to find the weights you need at times even when barely anyone is in gym, need to step up maintenance.

This is an example of how businesses SHOULD handle customer service. I signed up for a membership here, and due to a miscommunication, there was a discrepancy. I learned very quickly that the staff here WILL take care of their customers. I had to push just a tad, but within a reasonable amount of time, I had a manager reach out to me. He was attentive and took care of me, making things right. This is a busy gym, with a lot of members, but the good vibe, and excellent staff will more than make up for it for most people.

Eōs is the coolest gym to be a member of. Not only can you take advantage of fitness classes-- including yoga and zumba --but everyone working there is really nice and makes sure to remember you. Saying hi when you arrive. Saying bye when you leave. They have the kids club which fills up fast, but is filled with nice caring women who always keep track of who's the parent of which kid. I really respect a place who pays attention to seeing you and encouraging you. They always tell me to enjoy my workout. They understand the psychological aspect which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite gym I've ever been to, everyone is always so happy and helpful. Shout-out to Fitness Manager Ron for always having detailed info on supplements, nutrition, and pretty much any advice I need. If you haven't tried this location, I highly recommend doing so! Thanks Ron/EOS!!

I moved here from Hawaii a year and a half ago and joined the EOS family. Never had a problem with billing before until today. I was charged $34.99 not knowing what this extra charge was I gave them a call and they explained to me that my account was bare on the day it was due so they charged a late fee this is a regular practice I was told. I'm wondering how much EOS makes per month off of late fees? I drove over after work to cancel my membership. Ask for the manager in charge which was Xavier he had hickeys on his neck, and seemed a little excited to explain it very loudly to me in front of his fellow coworkers. Being treated in this way was foreign to me as I've always had good experiences here at this gym. Xavier sent me an email later stating that I would be charged an extra month as there is a 30-day cancellation policy. Making profit off of late fees and collecting extra months for cancellations is downright ugly. I'm disappointed. Turns out I'm not really part of the EOS family especially when there's late fees.. and remember folks there's a 30-day cancellation policy and they will definitely charge you a whole extra month.

The price is reasonable, the swimming pool is clean and usually there are lanes available to swim. The cinema room is a nice way to knock out some cardio. Sometimes the weights and machines can get crowded, but overall its a pleasant gym experience. The staff always greets with a smile and words of encouragement, and the kids club is well staffed and my daughter always loves hanging out in there.

Awesome gym! I commend the their childcare draggy for being understanding and professional.I’m extremely particular with childcare. I feel at ease with my girls being at this center knowing the staff is understanding and professional. The front desk is awesome. General manager is courteous and professional.
