I DON'T wear a mask for COVID. I wear a mask because I have cancer, severe allergies, severe asthma and severe respiratory health issues. A customer was making fun of me for wearing a mask. I want that customer to know I Don't wear a mask for COVID. I wear a mask because of my severe respiratory health issues.

I have been coming to the gym with my ID however on a Saturday evening a Guy with glasses at the front desk saids in a rude way next time you have to buy a card no what kind of customer service is that especially With his tone of voice . I have not had a problem with the front desk until today he is just plain rude . I really think he was trying to make his self look good in front of a girl he is working with., then he smacks his hair to the right when he is talking to me .. professionalism horrible

We just joined the LVAC, it's a very nice gym. Huge!. I do have a few safety concerns. There is only one shower with a seat, handicap. Fine, however, the showers need to have grab bars and a hook for a towel at least. I'm not as young as I used to be, and recovering slowly from a back injury, basicly trying to walk again as well. The floors are very slippery. I am considering bringing my own handicap chair.? If possible. Otherwise, I am very excited about swimming and possibly a swim class or 2. Hopefully something can be done about the safety issues with the showers. One last suggestion, a swimsuit ringer? I'm surprised that there isn't one there. All in all, the place is very clean, nice staff, we are pleased with the place. Thank you for your time. Bev Berry

Predatory company beware!!! I canceled my membership in person at the Decatur location. They continued to charge my card. I went in again and asked them to stop charging me. They still continued to charge me. I canceled my bank card and then they started calling me saying I owed 277.00 x2 for both my membership and my husbands. I told them I didn't owe anything and wasnt in contract and could cancel they called me every day trying to collect a debt they were not owed. They of course sold it to a collection agency and now it's on my credit report. All for a gym membership I used maybe 5 times and had a 80.00 balance on my card for the smoothie bar. What a rip off.

Front desk is very rude and just a need an attitude adjustment. The instructors and juice bar are extremely nice, but the front desk will keep me at planet fitness. My sister and brother in law love it there. Why when I come in they are just huge jerks. I would love to go with my family. The attitudes for the free trial is horrible. Took my sister to planet fitness and scanned her in and done. Here passes and attitudes. I gave it a try and nope. Girl with black curly hair needs to keep her comments to herself. She is not perfect and watch her attitude.

If I could give negative stars I would, I just joined two days ago and paid my bill in full, walking in tonight I was told I owed $159 dollars. I told them that was weird, that I had a receipt and I was frustrated their system would say that. I said that in a calm and collected manner to the girl who mentioned it to me, but the next guy standing next to her took me to task over the even mentioning I was frustrated. He said what are they supposed to do let me come for free. I took the receipt on the spot and showed him it. I didn’t get an apology for their mistake, I just got a few swords about the system taking a few days to update.Why is it my problem that your accounting system is jacked up?I will be cancelling my membership as soon as possible. Your staff are rude and discourteous. Glad to know how you treat veterans.Military should cancel and go the base gym.Oh, I also had an Afghanistan and Iraq Veteran hat on.

The gym itself is nice. Most of the staff are pleasant. But ladies come on... the bathroom/locker room is ridiculous! Most mornings around 6:15am the bathroom is trashed, toilet paper all over the floor and toilets are a mess (I won't go into detail) I couldn't imagine leaving that kind of mess anywhere and expecting someone else to clean it up! I feel bad for the staff that has to clean it. Ladies do better! Clean up after yourselves!

Front desk is rude. The attitude for free trial is bad. I walked in and talked to the front desk that I had signed up for the free trial and they asked for my ID, I had forgotten my wallet so I asked if I could show them a picture of my ID but they informed me they needed the physical ID, so no big deal my fault I went ahead and drove back home and got my ID and drove back to the club. I walked in with my ID and then the girl at the front desk just waves me in. All the driving for nothing. They don’t talk to me about the gym, don’t show me where things are - nothing. Not a pleasant experience overall. Planet fitness does better on first days that this club.

Customer service is everything because I work in the hospitality industry you are not ignorant to this. But the Thursday night lil girl who work the front desk needs proper training on respecting grown ups and the man in the red shirt who backed her up on her disrespect.

Don't do their contract deal! I've moved out of state, don't visit Vegas, and they refuse to let me get out of it! A dream life opportunity (that took me away from Vegas) shouldn't be ruined because a gym "has you under contract."
