When I signed up, I was told it was a month to month contract, cancel when you want. I called to cancel when I was moving and was informed they put me in a 2 year contract. I explained I no longer am in NV and the process to cancel is awful. Multiple levels of proof, not even federal permanent mail forwarding out of state documents are enough for these guys. I get times are hard but deceiving members about their membership options and making people jump through rings of fire to prove they are no longer in state is just gross. Absolutely predatory company.

I been a member of this gym for years. We come to the gym to work out and stay fit. I know how frustrating it can be during this pandemic, but everyday I come to the gym and most people don’t even wear mask. There are signs posted, but it is not being enforced. How are we going to keep our gyms open if no one are following mandate orders. This morning I walk in to check in with an employee at the front desk and it appears the manager is next to him, who clearly doesn’t even have his mask on. I’m not trying to complain, I’m just trying to say that if we are mandated, the manger on duty responsibility is to ensure who walks in is wearing there mask as well as theirs to keep our gym safe. Before, the managers use to walk around to make sure every is properly wearing there mask and it’s no longer being done. I want my gym to stay open and remain a member while working out being safe.

Only 4 stars this gym used to be kept in immaculately clean condition now not so much. It's not filthy but it is less clean, the floors have dust bunnies and some of the equipment is stained and in need of cleaning

Within 5 mins of walking in to get information on a membership I felt completely disrespected. Only info I was given was $5 to start and $25 a month. I had to ask about a contract... Which is 2 years. Wasn't offered to look around I had to ask. Guy kept pushing to sign up and when I said I need to speak to my husband first he kept pushing saying "why... Its health. Do you ask him about buying food too." Needless to say if you don't like that I discuss things with my husband keep your mouth shut and stop disrespecting me. I will NEVER join that gym.

ANTI-LGBT- I was kicked out for asking about trans policies concerning locker rooms. My spouse and I did a tour of the facility with "Mike," who claimed he was the manager. The gym looked functionally amazing. We then started talking plans, and the pricing seemed fair and straight forward. I was informed it is a 2 year contract, and everything looked fine to me.Near the end, I told him I had a question concerning LGBT friendliness of the locker rooms, knowing this can be an issue. He responded "We don't currently have anything like that, (I am assuming the "that" was talking about a third gender neutral room) we have men's and women's." He then started to talk about how the cost to replace a key is $25, which was a bit abstract to me, so after a bit, I replied calmly, "I'm... not exactly sure how the key stuff answers my question, but I totally get that there isn't a neutral room, most places don't have that." I then reframed the question, asking more directly, "May a trans male use the males locker room?" He replied "Well, we don't want men going into the women's locker room, we have to protect ourselves."At this point, I was annoyed. I replied, more sternly, but certainly not loud, "I'm not asking about men going into the women's locker room. I am asking about WOMEN going into the women's locker room." He replied "Well, thats politics, I won't discuss politics." I told him it was a functional question of policy for someone who would be bringing trans guests, and that I wasn't asking his personal views. After a moment, he suggested maybe we were not understanding each other, so I started again, calmly. I said, "My is trans. His ID card has a male marker and he is fully transitioned. May he use the men's locker room? It seems like you are saying no." He replied, "Ohhh, that makes sense," which gave me hope, but he never clearly answered, simply repeating the ambiguous things he had said before. When he repeated "we don't want men in the women's locker room, or women in the mens locker room, that would be even WORSE," I repeated again "I am not asking about men in the women's locker room, I am asking about men in the men's locker room. Trans men are men."He snapped, crumpled the contract in front of me, and told me I am rude. When I asked how I was rude, he told me to get out. I left the office and asked for a manager at the front desk, which they all pointed to him. He then grinned and mockingly said "I am the manager." I asked for a corporate number or district, and they gave me a card.Seeing the curiousity on their faces and the faces of those around me, I said angrily, "I asked about trans people using the locker room and he kicked me out and called me rude! I am genuinely shaken! Sorry, I know this isn't your thing," and left. The front desk people were perfectly fine and did nothing wrong in any of this, but I left genuinely shaking with shock. Never in a million years did I think I would be kicked out of a place over asking LGBT policy questions.

Let's be honest. This is one of the best gyms in the country, let alone Las Vegas.I'm 40 years old, have lived in 5 states, across multiple cities, and have probably been a member of around 20 gyms in my life. LVAC is the gym that other gyms pretend to be.Organized, tons of options, free classes, steam room, pools, true 24/7 gym, kids areas, on site food and smoothies, and on and on.I have never been so happy with a gym experience. My only gripe is that the kids area closes in the middle of the day. That means that if you have a late morning, you're out of luck. If really like to see this change as it seems unnecessary. I'm sure it's slower during these times, but the lack of flexibility is really inconvenient.Everything else is fantastic. 5/5

I joined about 1 year ago. For the most part it’s a clean facility. One thing they can’t seem to remedy is little bugs/flies in the shower area. I’ve notified the club managers on several occasions but still after one year the pests are still there. I visit the LVAC on Rainbow where I’ve never seen these bugs. I’ve been told we will get the exterminator out but obviously it’s not working.

I stopped by the juice bar at this location at 10:45pm and was informed by the employee they were closed. The hours posted state they’re open until 11pm on Saturday. I asked the employee if they have changed their operating hours and she responded “No, we are open until 11pm.” But still refused to take an order and continued cleaning. It doesn’t feel great to pay for amenities that we don’t get to use. I hope management holds these employees accountable for negatively impacting their customers.

Drop in fees are a bit outrageous. I was in town for a week and just wanted to drop in 3 times my options were $20 a day for a total of $60 or buy a week pass for $50? Really? Like I don't have a problem with paying to come to your gym but $50 for a week Is more than you pay for a month at most gyms. Probably great if you are a member but drop in would not even a little.bit recommend.
