I'm a long time member of this gym. There was a recent management change and I'm very unhappy with the new manager, Christian. Customer service has gotten terrible since he took over. I will be looking for a new gym to join.

I have been a member at plenty of gyms and this is by far the best one. I love the steam room, showers, locker room and everything that comes with the gym. My favorite part (although there are many) are the eucalyptus towels 😍. Everyone that belongs here the members and the staff are incredibly nice and everyone is super respectful of each other and sharing machines. I’ve never been more motivated in my whole life to go to the gym other then Equinox!
