Taylor and the whole team at TNT are fantastic! I've never done strength training where I haven't walked (or limped) away hurt within a few weeks. I'm wrapping up my first 6 weeks with TNT feeling stronger without the slightest hint of injury. Taylor is flexible and encouraging while pushing me to try my hardest. This is a great option for working professionals without a ton of time, but who want to feel stronger and less sluggish in an hour a week.

Amazing vibe for workouts! Ive been coming for months now wanted to hold off on a review until i saw results. I got all the results i was looking for and MORE! Taylor has been my great trainer and helps me enjoy working out. Great equipment to use and its all clean. Ive already sent a few friends TNT's way!

If you've never considered yourself a 'gym person' or if you find even the idea of a gym offputting, but are curious about what a fitness routine could do for you, this is the perfect place to give it a go. Sessions are easy to build into your schedule, you get to define your own goals, and the trainers are pros at customizing routines to fit your needs and physical abilities. The gym is well-appointed and well-kept and the trainers double as professional cheerleaders! This has been the perfect place for me to build strength, confidence, and to discover just how capable I am. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing team! I've been going to TNT for the past year and a half and have seen amazing result AND I actually want to show up at each session. Staffs are amazing all around; everyone talk to you and you get to know different people, not just your trainer. Rare to have both great experience and outcome, and TNT definitely deliver both.

I’ve been going to small group strength training with Jesse and Liam for almost six months. Initially, I was skeptical that half an hour once a week would change much of anything, but their short, intense workouts are very effective. These guys really know what they’re doing! I can easily lift heavy objects I used to struggle with, huge aluminum ladders, sacks of soil amendment, unconscious children, etc. I’m constantly being complimented on my noticeably leaner appearance these days. No lifestyle changes to attribute the changes to other than going to small group class. I’m so grateful to have found this place.

After 18 years of shopping around I can say this is the best personal training experience of my life. I've been at TNT for a couple of years and, aside from the steady gains and progress toward my goals, I'm most impressed by the blend of expertise and flexibility TNT offers. This is a concentrated, powerful workout adapted to my own idiosyncratic needs, that changes every time, twice a week, apparently forever. There is no better way to get strong. I feel safe, seen, and supported in my own personal goals.The facility is clean and stocked with a curated selection of machines and equipment only a bunch of fitness nerds could put together. Scheduling is flexible and easy. The trainers are always happy to incorporate feedback, or just how I'm feeling that day, into the workout as we go. I'm at an age where I thought capacity was declining and gone forever, but I'm hitting PRs thanks to TNT.

I just wrapped up my session with Liam for this week and realized I'm on my 7th week already! And I'm proud to say I already have made some gains ( I can walk faster uphill, clothes fit better, sleeping much better, and starting to notice muscle definition in my arms and legs!) I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the pros that run it (yes Liam, Jesse, and Taylor, I'm naming you guys :P ) - they are all excellent trainers, very patient, highly knowledgeable of proper mechanics, taking meticulous notes of adjustments with machines/body postures that are suitable for the client's needs and goals. This place truly is a neighborhood gem. It is safe, well lit, well ventilated, and very clean. I am only too happy to call this place my "workout sanctuary". Most of all, I feel proud to say I finally belong somewhere where everyone is treated as an individual, no judgements, no egos past the door. It's a great community to be a part of...so if you're looking for a no-frills-breath-of-fresh air gym, this is it!

This review is long overdue. I started training at TNT Strength in April 2022. I had never before done any kind of strength training but knew I wanted to learn how to get stronger, build muscle and to establish a regular practice of working out. The environment feels safe and non-judgemental. Taylor, Liam and Jesse all meet you where you are, listen to your goals and help you achieve them. It is never crowded with too many people in the gym at one time, the equipment is top-notch, the clientele is diverse and the vibe is positive and supportive. I've worked with Taylor since I joined last year and he has taught me how to (safely) push myself outside of my comfort zone. He has helped me get so much stronger and I can see the difference in my body. Most importantly, he has introduced me to a type of exercise that I actually look forward to doing. Another plus- it's a challenging workout that doesn't eat up too much time in the day. Highly recommend!
