The programming here is grounded in decades of experience and is not faddish in any way. A 30 min, once a week addition with these guys, added to the rest of my routine, made a noticeable difference in my strength and posture. I was not looking to bulk up, just to be stronger, a bit leaner, and less likely to injure myself. Achieved just what I wanted.

Excellent experience with TNT. Their methodology accommodates me wonderfully--I am over 70 and hate exercise but find this suits me to a T, and I am very pleased with my progress and the results. I generally have questions and always find the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Check 'em out and I am sure you will feel the same!

What a wonderful private gym! I’ve struggled with muscle gain after a hundred pound weight loss and this is the first gym, first trainer (shout out to Taylor!), and first team to help me achieve that goal. I feel stronger and I feel healthier thanks to TNT!

Best one on one training I’ve ever received! Positive support and encouragement keeps you motivated. The variety of workouts keeps it fresh and fun, if you can call a workout fun. LOL Seriously not your average gym/workout program. BOOM BABY!!
