TNT has several core values and the entire staff embodies all of them. For me, in every workout session I particularly benefit from two of the core values: CONTINUOUS SELF-IMPROVEMENT and FUN.Jesse Schmidt has been my trainer on a once a week basis since October 2020. He always makes me work hard and pushes me to do just a little more than I think I can—and he always makes me laugh a lot. I am definitely getting stronger and I always feel in a great mood at the end of each session. Because I am older, I have several arthritic joint limitations and Jesse is always thinking of new ideas to safely work around them.What more can I say? TNT is terrific!!Barbara J. Richmon

Never thought working out with short, high effort workouts would be so effective. 30 minutes twice a week and my wife and I in our 60's have found an affordable alternative to "big box" solutions. We love you guys!
